I always have to wait at least an hour passed my appointment time for her and it’s not worth the wait. I would not recommend coming here at all.

My family has been going to Dr. Mah-​McCaa for over 10 years. We were with her before she changed offices as well and yes, the old staff was a bit on the aloof side at first, and the time management needed serious improvement! However, her new office and new staff is efficient and friendly! Kaylee is my kid’s favorite person! They happily go to their check ups knowing they are going to see her! I haven’t been in the office longer than an hour and a half total in a long time… a huge improvement from the previous office.
Dr. Mah-​McCaa herself is always focused on me during my appointment and always spends the time needed to make me feel like I’m fully informed and taken care of. I feel like she truly knows me as a person and not just a chart. She’s more than my doctor, she’s a friend.

I love Dr. Mah-​McCaa! She’s been our family doctor for probably 16 years. She is very caring and doesn’t rush you through your visit. She listens very well and addresses your issues thoroughly. Her new staff is GREAT! They are friendly and helpful. I agree with the other reviews about her previous staff. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, but that is not the case anymore. Her office wait times are also much improved!

I love Dr. Mah-​MaCaa. I have been a patient of hers since she started with Hoag. She’s a loving, caring person who has her patients health needs at the top of her list. She will take the time nesassery to preform whatever is needed for her patients. At times you have to wait an hour to see her, but when she has you in her room she pays complete attention to what you’re saying. I have a lot of doctors, Dr. Mah-​MaCaa is by far the one I would never replace. Take a book to read while you wait. As far as the staff goes, how’s that her fault? She’s not the only doctor that uses them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mah-​McCaa almost since she became a doctor, but today was the last day. Here’s why. She is a wonderful doctor who surrounds herself with an army of rude office workers. These people are the worst, guaranteed to make a sick person want to die.
I will miss her, but that staff can pound sand!!!

Four times I have scheduled an appointment in the last 18 months. All four times, I have waited at least 2 – 3 hours for her to grace me with her presence.
NEVER AGAIN… You’re fired.
