I remembered this place being here forever my husband and son came in today as walk ins for a haircut my husband decided to get a straight razor cut and they were so cool. This is a guys guy barbershop humor, laughs and stories. The prices are great the service is even better. Whenever I’m in the area this will be their spot.

Been going here off and on for eons. It’s seems to change hands every 5 years or so. I have had great and not so great hair cuts over the years. Just went yesterday and an Asian gal cut my hair. Very good experience. She greeted me when I cam in and spend a good deal of time doing my cut. I thought she was very meticulous and detailed and even trimmed my side burns and moustache. Hope she’s there when I go back for my next hair cut. What I don’t like, it’s not $ 6.00 any more, that was in the black and white days, everything’s going up.

This is a win-win barber shop that I will continue to use until they, or I, leave this plant. I say win-win because they are absolutely professional hair stylist that will give you a great cut at a great price, AND it’s a chance to support a small business in your community that deserves to succeed because they are doing everything right.

And coming here for several years now. Charlotte and the crew she’s assembled are all great barbers with the grade 5 and a simple barbershop. She’s extended the success into her son next-door that apparently is doing quite well as well. Just goes to show when you treat the customer right and deliver a quality service you will always be successful.

Found this little barber shop just over a year ago and have since been a loyal customer. Located near Home Good store across Bella Terra shopping mall on Edinger. Family ran barber shop while Charlotte, the current owner, maintains her Father and brother Rudy Sr. and Rudy Jr’s legacy. Over twenty years of memories and fresh clean heads! Haha. I particularly come here to get cleaned up by Vincent. Very great at his craft! Haven’t had a bad cut from him. Very consistent and precise. Guess what ladies? He does woman’s hair also. Definitely come in to see Vince and Charlotte! Thanks guys for making me look human again every two weeks!

I have been going to this fun little barber shop for over 20 years. Rudy, his son Rudy Jr., and his daughter Charlotte use to cut my hair in elementary school. Unfortunately Rudy and Rudy Jr. passed away(their photos are on the wall). Charlotte took over the family business. Charlotte gives excellent hair cuts at a great price. She knows everyone in town and has a great staff. Greg gives awesome straight razor shaves and knows all the historic hair cuts. Kurt is a super nice guy from North Dakota. Great shop!

Saw positive reviews here so I gave this place a chance. Holy crap… My barber was an older white haired gentleman. I have never seen anyone rush a haircut so much in my life. Not only did he get the length wrong, the back was still bushy and long even though he claimed to have tapered it. Had to ask him to fix the whole thing. I appreciate a barber who is efficient and puts in a little hustle, but this man was going at a lunatics pace. This was even more apparent when I got home and my wife pointed out that one side was about a third of an inch long than the other. Did I cut him off in traffic years ago and remembered me? Was he exacting his revenge? Whatever it was, I still gave him the expected tip and got the hell out of there as I quickly realized this man was either hopped up on stimulants or has forgotten how to cut hair properly. Did i mention that there was no one else waiting for a haircut in the shop to necessitate such a anxious pace? So whats the blitzkrieg about? Also want to mention his very rough handling of the comb. My face and forehead around the hairline his red and irritated from his attempts to exfoliate my skin. I didn’t have to pay extra for this service. Hands down worst barber I ever had the misfortune of going to. If you decide to go here, please avoid this man. He maybe trying to lessen the competition of men in the area by sabotaging all men’s hair in the HB area. I want my $ 15 back, Blue.

My dh and kids come here regularly for their haircuts, since our first was born — that’s 12 years ago, and yes, I now qualify as a cougar. Come on, do you need to ask for a better endoresement than 12 years of satisfied service? Since you ask, No, *I* get my hair done elsewhere because cougars are very particular about their hair coloring needs and like to stick with tried-and-true services, and Market Center Barbers is an unknown with regard to female hair coloring services… although they do a great cut for men. Charlotte is great with the kids, we always ask for her and she’s worth waiting for: theguy whose chair is down at the other end, not so much. Oh yeah, and it’s cheap here. You maybe expected something else from me?

I have been a client here for years! Charlotte is the greatest, but you really can’t go wrong with anyone. For $ 10(+ Tip) you get a clean well styled haircut, by a professional barber in a clean and well kept shop. This barbershop has been in the Ruelas Family for 30ish years, and they never skimp on quality. In a word«PROFESSIONAL». I will always come here, and continue to tell my friends.

I take my son here for his haircuts. Never dissatisfied. There’s a gentleman here, very easy going and HB-esque’. I’m assuming a veteran and from the American Legion. Thank you for cutting my son’s hair, you do an exceptional job. I mean, look at me… I’m bald. I have no other use for a barber. PS: It’s cash only from people and their bounced checks…

Cheap no frills neighborhood barber shop. My summertime fade was getting a little poofy(started looking like one of those old school microphones with the foam head…), so I popped in there for a cleanup. 15 minutes later I was on with the rest of the day… much spiffier than when I walked in, and it only set me back $ 9 plus tip. Although it’s on Edinger, it’s a bit hidden. Look for a small shop to the left of the Office Depot and you’ll see them hiding in the corner. There seemed to be a steady stream of regulars showing up as I was there. I’ll be back for sure in a couple weeks.
