Could not have had better customer service from Gilbert Moore and Michael Hwang, the manager. Purchased a zero gravity chair (floor model) for pending shoulder surgery and discovered it was not appropriate due to disc issues in lower back. RTB waived the no return and allowed me to purchase a bed instead. Both gentlemen were very accommodating including getting the bed delivered (on short notice) before my surgery. Great store, great products, and most importantly, great customer service. Telling all my friends.
