My husband and I listed our condo with Mika and used her as our realtor to purchase a new home. This was my first time working with Mika and my husbands second. Mika gave us a ton of tips on how to improve our condo to get top dollar for it. We completed many of the improvements prior to listing our condo and Mika was able to list it for much more than we originally thought we would be able to get for it. After about a month on the market, Mika brought one of her other clients by to view the condo and she ended up putting in an offer. A couple days later our condo was sold. Shortly after entering escrow on our condo our dream home listed at an incredible price. The home ended up getting 24 offers; with Mika’s help and advise, we wrote our offer and to our surprise our offer was accepted. Since our condo was already in escrow, Mika then expedited our escrow process so we would be able to move into our new home the same day we moved out of our condo. We would highly recommend Mika to anyone looking to move to Huntington Beach!
