Tona and his team did a fantastic job on my new set of tires for my 1988 Jeep Wrangler and getting the alignment done. I was so impress that decided to bring my 63 Lincoln continental to do an alignment.

I’ve been taking my cars to New Century Tire for over 20 years. Louis, Noël and Jr. are here to assist you with whatever service your car needs. They are very knowledgeable and sincere when it comes to informing you of your options. They can handle any type of job from tires to any mechanical issues. I recently took my Acura in for new tires and they were able to take care of me within an hour. Great job guys and thank you.

Great service and friendly! Definitely put their customers needs first. Highly recommend for an oil change. I almost went to pep boys across the street but didn’t because they were rude and only cared about upselling you.

From the moment I called in and spoke to Tony at the front desk the service was great and only got better. They took me in same day for tires and Tony kept updating me on the progress while I waited. This branch is serious about customer service. I have gone to other tire shops in the past but I will only be bringing my cars to this location going forward. I had the pleasure of service at Mountain view tire. I got new wheels and tires and was very pleased with the price and the service. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I was on the road again. I would definitely recommend them

We took our minivan in on a Monday Morning for an oil change and a check engine light issue. Thought we would receive our van that day, but they had to keep the van due to a part not being in stock. A little bummed but Tona called Tuesday morning at 10 am and said the van was ready! Yippee! Tona was helpful and friendly.

You need tires or work on your car? This is your stop ! I TRUST THIIS SHOP!!! I am in customer based service industry and I’m so impressed by this Shop! All the guys in the shop are polite and make me feel comfortable. It is not an easy task in this world… but I found them to be honest, helpful and willing to make sure my car gets the service it needs. I will not take our family cars to any other place… Thank God there is a place like Mountain View Tires in this neighborhood !

I went there on a Friday at two o clock. I needed two front tires for a 13 edge. Spoke to Pete. Worried with how busy they were that It would take a long time. The tires were worn unevenly so the car had to be aligned also. Since they were doing that also I had an oil change thrown in. I got two good year tires and amazing service. I was in and out in no time and the car is riding smooth with no noise. Lee aligned and serviced the car great ! The alignment also had warranty and the tires came with road hazard ! This will be my new service location. The price was great, they took care of my vehicle with care and you can tell Pete truly loves his job. He didn’t try to scam me for other things I trusted my car being there that it was in good hands ! Awesome service and excellent pricing. Thank you Pete and lee !

Pros: The general manager is nice and helpful. I’m terrible with names, but I think his name is Pete? If not then I’m sorry! But i’ve been to this place many times for alignments and tires. Pretty sure they all recognize my car by now. Anyways. the manager there always tries his best to get my car in and out of there as quick as possible and will even stay later to make sure that the job is done. He really does try his best to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers and I really appreciate his efforts. Prices for tires are actually not bad. There was this other place that I go to if I need a set of 4 and I can get them somewhat cheaper, but that’s way far and scheduling an appointment is a hassle. If I go here. the tires come in. I drop the car off and it’s done within an hour to a few hours depending on how busy they are. Alignment prices are around the market price, but they have deals from time to time where you can use a coupon to get a discount. Plus they do a good job with the alignment and if you want something more specific. just ask. Labor price is around average.
Cons: All auto repair places are going to be pretty expensive. parts and labor unless you do it yourself. or you have someone you know do it. For example my starter unfortunately decided to die out on me in the parking lot of the shop. I got quoted around $ 500 or so for parts and labor to replace it. That number hurt my heart. you can get a replacement starter from across the street at Pepboys for $ 120 or if you know someone or have a coupon. less. The starter would have taken me an hour or so to replace. Bought one then went back and had them replace it at the cost of labor.
Bottom line: Not sure if i’ve had better service from any auto repair place before. Even when I was in that bind^ they got my car done within an hour or so even with all the other people’s cars that they were working on at the same time. It sucks that the manager is going to retire soon. I just hope that the next guy that takes his place will measure up.

Recently went in for a tire change and with no problems they were able to patch and fix it within fifteen minutes. Very friendly and quick.

Since I was last at mountain view I was contacted by the general manager. He was very kind in apologizing for the lack of communicating the change in price after the estimate. It seems like there has since been a positive change in personnel. Based on this I would bring my car back again to give mountain view another shot.

Update: Wow, I’m impressed. The ownership is very concerned about customers opinions. I was able to talk to one of the owners and explained my long and happy history with Mountain View tire for both service and tires. He explained everything to my satisfaction and I’m pleased to say I’m back.

Pete is the best. I called to replace my very noisy Firestone tires (9k miles) with new OEM Dunlop SP31 on my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid. They indicated four tires were in stock at the warehouse and would only take 20 minutes to retrieve and be ready for install.
I drove over to their location and as I was talking to the Pete (manager), the tires arrived ON-​TIME. I went to lunch, came back and my car was ready to go.

I always bring my car here, best customer service. Brandon is always honest and upfront with what’s up with my car. I drive a ten year old car and it seems to always need something. He’s always right on with the repair and estimate. Never overcharges me and always done in a timely manner. He’s a definite asset to this business!
