Only one machine was open on Saturday the other one was closed. there were three people in line waiting for someone to finish and this person that was already at the machine keep pushing the bottles and cans into the machine it was already full and by the time the next person wanted to go do their cans and bottles they couldn’t do it because the machine broken because the person that was using it before them kept forcing the bottles and cans into the machine

This review has nothing to do with the wonderful attendants and everything to do with the machines being out of order for 2 weeks now.
I waited 45 minutes last week and an hour today.
rePlanet, c’mon, get your act together!

Yet again I gather all of my recycling together, bag and box it up, put my seats down and lay down towels, drive down here to recycle well before their posted closing time of 7:00pm, and both of their machines have plastic over them and are not available for use.
Now I have to take everything back home, unload it so I can drive to work tomorrow, and go to the other recycling center in town on Saturday since I cannot count on being able to use this facility!
I understand that machines break down and that there are accidents and malfunctions, but this is a regular occurrence here. My wife and I have both been inconvenienced like this multiple times, and have even called the company with no response or answers about why they are unable (unwilling?) to maintain this center so that it is reliable and useful. Very frustrating!

I really appreciated how pleasant the attendant was today during my visit. I arrived just around 4:30pm as he was cleaning up and closing up for the day. He let me know the machines would be back on as soon as he finished cleaning them. I was able to rest while he prepared them. I had walked 2 miles and could use the machines for the majority of my recycling. We chat some while he worked and he was a very nice young man. I will be sure to arrive earlier next time, but appreciated how nice he was even at closing time. Thank you for good customer service.

Love this spot. Don’t go to one on warner near Ralph’s. Lame-​o. Get here early and avoid Friday afternoon crowds.

This center is attached to the Goldenwest/​Garfield HB Ralphs, so it’s really convenient if you like to shop there, as the money back is redeemable at Ralphs for cash or groceries. This location is open 7am to 7pm Monday-​Saturday, and you can either dump all of your recyclable cans/​bottles into a trash can and have it weighed or put all of them through the conveyor belt and it keeps track of how many you’ve added. The only downfall is that it often seems to be very crowded here and the wait-​times are a bit longer than I would like them to be.
