Customer service has changed of the past months. In my opinion in the changes that this once great company has made, has changed for nothing but the worse.

I came in with my step mom last week, and everything is still super clean! I’ve rented here with a friend a year ago, and now there’s whole new staff!
A business without customer service doesn’t exist. Good job Dante for providing good service, because that’s hard to get these days.

We have used this company twice and both times was an excellent experience. The trucks we rented were safe and clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. I recommend this place to everyone for your moving and storage needs! A++++

I couldn’t of found a better place to store my things. I know this day was coming moving. I was looking around town for a good storage place ran into sea cliff and right away as I walked in really nice and caring. Andrea was very nice walked me thru the whole process. Looking at the models and helping me pick which is the right one. Having said that I’ve gone to other places that just wanted your money and didn’t care to help your best need not just in there best Interest. Really clean and well guarded facility. Very clean and the most friendly staff of any storage unit that I have used thus far. The prices (call for the best rate) were lower than nearby units and the option of using the moving truck is amazing. Highly recommended!

I visited 4 other facilities before I visited Seacliff Storage and they are by far the best! Seacliff is clean, secure and has climate control. The staff is knowledgable and takes their time educate their customers. Marvin and Andrea spent a lot of time with me to answer all my questions and they got me in to the right unit. They didn’t rush me and explained everything in detail. I would refer all to visit this storage facility before making a decision.

Moved from Atlanta to Orange County. I searched everywhere to store some of my things at a reasonable price. Seacliff Self Storage was much cheaper than other storage facilities in the area. Andrea was a sweatheart, she was pleasant and professional.

This place is awesome and so close to home! The rates are very reasonable and the location is great. The 10 X 10 unit we selected is perfectly sized for my one-​bedroom apartment. The facility is very clean. It is a well insulated building and so belongings will not be affected by extreme heat. Ask for Marvin!

I cant say I was too happy getting my storage unit here.
At first, the service was great from getting my unit, picking it out, the hours, ect. I believe it was Maryland (?) who helped me go through the rates and gave me a great price on my unit and others. I was promised 20% off and $ 1 first months rent. They have a great deal on a moving truck rental to help you move your stuff in.
I was thinking I was getting a great deal! I was very happy. I was promised a login to pay online– which now Ive come to realized– was not set up and in my situation– I have to find alternatives to pay (over the phone, check, or in person). There goes that convenience.
The day I had gotten all my stuff in the truck from my old apt out of town. I had decided to to see if I can pick another sized unit that at the rates I was promised to better fit my things… things went DOWNNNNHILLLLLL.
Turns out that they are not able to combine two specials I was given. I was very frustrated because here I am with all my stuff expecting to pay a price I was promised just days before. They get Maryland on the phone and she denied everything! She says she was going to «ask» for the discount but didn’t say it was guaranteed. They call the manager about the situation and was only willing to give me the partial discount because it has happened multiple times with Maryland and cannot keep giving customers these discounts– even if it was promised prior.
The guy who helped me tried finding different alternatives but ultimately, as a customer. I wasn’t given what I had promised and luckily, if I didnt come in and talk to them about another unit– I wouldn’t even know until I paid the next month.
Its the principles more than anything. If you promise your customer something, the establishment needs to ensure it can give what is promised. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Going to keep the storage for now because of the pain in the ass it is to move big items and decent customer service when I come in.
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT:
Inconsistent customer service. Possibly re-​train your employees so EVERYONE is on the same page on pricing, discount, policy, and procedures.
No one wants to come in and go through the same runaround because of the pricing inconsistencies which I had to go through about 3 times– twice before I got the unit and once again when I had all my things moving into the unit.

Andrea did an awesome job getting us set up with the perfect unit. Very nice and clean establishment. We even got set up with a moving truck as well!

This is one of the most accommodating storage centers I have ever used. I cannot express how much I appreciate the property manager Andrea, and her professional and amiable personality. Andrea and her staff has gone out of her way to assist my storage requests. I plan on staying here for a very long term due to the well maintained facility and the hospitable staff. I would highly recommend this storage center for anyone looking to securely keep their personal belongings and cherished items.

I found the name of this company while reviewing Unilocal reviews and was impressed that Andrea’s name came up over and over. Then, I found out why! She is truly an outstanding representative of their company, focused totally on customer needs and provided all information necessary to complete the transaction in less than an hour. The facility is organized, clean and well lit and she emphasized the security measures they have in place which provided total piece of mind.
Andrea also referred us to a terrific moving company, «Monster Moving,» who came and loaded our goods the next day and efficiently moved them within the estimated time period.
We were very satisfied with their Seacliff’s service and flexibility and highly recommend them to anyone needing storage space.

Andrea was very professional and helpful. She told us everything about their storage facility and emphasized security. Key and code for access and alarms will ring for «piggy back» entering. There were helpful model units available right by the front desk.
Seacliff also offered a great move in special for $ 1 first month! Flat bed carts available for use as well as easy access for unloading.
