Public Storage

DO NOT USE THIS PUBLIC STORAGE!!! I was ROBBED and the lock was changed on my unit. I had to pay to get a Locksmith to come and cut the lock off. The employees were of no assistance. The Owner never returned my phone calls. I had personal documents stolen and have had multiple acts of credit fraud committed against me. I paid for the Insurance and their service has been terrible as well. I have heard horrible things after the fact and do not want to this to happen to anyone else.

Diana is the Bomb!!! Moved into storage August 21^st. When I signed up Diana was great, knowledgeable and explained everything throughly. The promotion was first month free. Within a week I started getting phone calls from Joy asking for the first months rent of $ 288.00. She was really pushing me to pay her and I refused. Finally she agreed that I did not owe anything if I was out by the 20^th. Ran into Diana again and explained what happened and she apologized for the confusion and she checked again and assured me that I was safe until the 20^th. Diana said she would be in on Monday and I decided to wait a week to talk to her. Showed up Monday and I saw Diana and I was relieved. She closed me out and was kind and reassuring. I don’t know what they are paying her but her customer service skills are first class. Thanks for keeping me safe from the corporate bait and switch Diana. I hope they appreciate what she does for public storage. She was great to deal with.

This location is perfect. Very convenient and clean. Once I was ready to move out, I had lost my unit key and Sharon was really helpful. She called the regional manager and he was able to come open my unit within an hour! I was so thankful for all of their help and I’d highly recommend using this storage facility!

Facility is clean enough. My unit smells a little and is very dark, but I like the location and the staff is friendly. I like that it is not a contract and that I can remove my things from there at any point with no penalty.

This location is great. Sharon is always cheerful and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone. The place is clean and neat. I have used them for 3 years and have no complaints.

Sharon is great! We had a great first experience renting a unit and now with upgrading to a larger unit. Sharon made the process very simple for us with our busy schedules. The facility is nice and clean and we have never had to worry about our property. Great place to store your stuff!
