I work for my dad’s company and this place really stepped up to the task. The workers were very friendly and sincere. They worked without delay and really showed the excellence of their service. Though I was not the one who hired them, I’m writing on behalf to tell everyone that this company is superb. Looking at other reviews I’m sure you can see that this place is no joke. I’m not the only one to say this company does the job. Great service and great people.

I’ve hired this company a couple months ago, they saw exactly what needed to be done before I called it out. With reasonable pricing they’ve kept our facilities spotless, with helpful costumer service I enjoyed them and continue to work with them.

Originally I met with Mauricio and did a walk through for a quote back in September. I did the BIGGEST mistake by opting for another company that had amazing reviews here on Unilocal.Long behold only after three scheduled cleanings, I had to let them go. So I found myself back to the drawing board, and having to hire yet another cleaning service company. Mauricio was incredibly generous to take our office on so last minute! He accomodated me within a matter of three days!!! I met with Javier, our new cleaning crew, and I could not be any more happy with his impecable attention to details. He really listened to what my expectations and needs were, and followed through. For the first time in over a year, I can walk into the office and not review the surveillance tapes! This is such a wonderful feeling, that straight away the trust is built. Thank you so much for accomodating me on such short notice, and thank you for leaving our office smelling amazing and clean!

After reviewing different cleaning services reviews I decided to give them a call. They cleaned our bathrooms and floors I was very pleased with their work I would recommend using this company.

I found this company on Unilocal and decided to give them a shot. They did a great job on my carpets, and were quick and affordable. Definitely going to use them again.

I hired this company about 6 mos ago to clean our office based on the excellent reviews noted here on Unilocal.Not sure if everyone’s standards are low or what but this company consistently and weekly provided the WORST cleaning service ever.
When they come out to bid they provide you with a list of cleaning tasks that are «supposed» to be done every week however this is simply NOT the case and after going multiple rounds with the CSR Mauricio we decided to pull the plug.
Every issue we brought up became an excuse. When he was asked if he is the owner he said yes which is not true. I swear, the guy has more wrap than Renoylds and basically told us to take a hike if we were not happy with the service. And that’s exactly what we did…
Subpar work. Cheap rates but we found a better service that charges only $ 10 more a month. A service that actually gives a flying fux& about their customers. Stay clear of this company.

I really like this company. They clean one of the offices that I work at and they do not disappoint. They are very attentive to detail, but are also efficient. It is refreshing to have such a clean environment in such a fast-​paced and hectic job! If I am working late, sometimes I will run into one of their employees. They are very polite, helpful, and just genuinely friendly people. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We’ve used different cleaning services over the past few years at our various gentlemen’s clubs, and as usual, when you walked into our bathrooms after they were «professionally cleaned», you would get that not so fresh feeling. Well, by chance I happened to get a referral from a friend who owns a couple of law offices that these guys clean weekly, so I decided to give these «smart» guys a call… HANDS DOWN best cleaning services I’ve seen in a long time! They should be named Brillo-​yent Janitorial– because our bathrooms looked and felt so clean like they scrubbed everything down with Brillo pads and not just wiped down surfaces to create a «clean» appearance (which I’ve noticed many cleaning companies do). Don’t get bamboozled by smoke and mirrors people. When you want clean and pay for a service, you want to make the smart call and call Smart Janitorial. Their prices are great for the exceptional quality you get, very professional, and they do a fabulous job in a timely manner.

I work for a pharmaceutical company in Orange. I have complained for months about our bathrooms to my boss. He had me find a new cleaning crew. I found these guys and hired them to do the job. Now the Bathrooms are finally clean! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their office or bathroom cleaned. The guy that cleans is friendly (Sergio). Only bad thing is he’s a Chargers fan.
