My mother in law had been to a big box place for her hearing test and possible hearing aid, also she tried a doctor in the Mojave desert. It wasn’t until we tried the Sound Solutions in Huntington Beach till we realized what informative and professional care was. The front desk gal was super kind and helpful, got our paper work in order and all of the insurance necessities so we can get the best possible care. Then we met Dr. Schwartz, she did the hearing test, and other necessary tests for my elder mother in law to get the help she so desperately needed. A super professional and knowledgeable hearing center. I was surprised to find such care and knowledge anywhere. Not only that but the hearing aids are actually good looking on! You and your loved ones need to see these people. Incredible service, and very thankful I found them.

After my last pair of hearing aids finally conked after fifteen years (no kidding — my old analog one from 1985 is still ticking, btw, nbd), I stopped in here to see what options they might be able to offer me. After explaining that unfortunately, I’m not a veteran, I’m too young for Medicare or Social Security and I did not make the sound career choices that would ensure ample income for the rest of my life, these kind people still were able to offer me new digital hearing aids for the unheard-​of price of $ 1,000 each. WHAT?!? No pun intended. It was a heaven-​sent proposal and I accepted, many thanks to and from the universe. The staff here is friendly and helpful. More importantly, the hearing aids work and come with a warranty and free batteries for a year. I don’t think you even get that with an iPhone, do you?
