I wish there was an option to give more stars! We have been at St Wilfreds since my boys were 2 and went all the way through the Pre K program. The teachers at this school are amazing. So loving and very friendly. The Director Debbie
Is fantastic. The Pre K program was by far the best experience we had at the school. Ms Yvonne and Ms Jen taught my boys so much, and truly loved them. My boys were reading at the age of 4,
And the teachers were always coming up with fun, new ways to challenge them. My only complaint is that the school does not go up to at least the 5^th grade. Because then I wouldn’t have to switch my boys to a different school. Thank you St Wilfreds for an amazing 3 years!

St. Wilfrid’s has an amazing TYKE and Kindergarten program! Students make huge progress throughout the year academically, socially, and behaviorally. Students are guaranteed to be reading at First Grade level or above by the end of the year.

We absolutely love St Wilfrid’s preschool! My daughter has been going there since she was 3. Now she is 7 and attends the after school program (D’s Club) for the older kids. Love the D’s Club teachers! All the teachers are awesome and the Director Debbie is just one of a kind. She is sincere, kind, accommodating… definitely one of my favorite peoples i know!!!
When she found out we were driving out to Irvine for Japanese classes… she said she would look into getting a Japanese teacher… and she did. My daughter also takes the after school Tues/​Thur Japanese classes there too. Yumi Sensei is great! She pushes my daughter (3^rd generation) to speak japanese. She has learned so much and is able to write and understand japanese. They also work on math… and she is now excelling in math for her grade.
We love St Wilfrids and highly recommend to anyone with babies (theres a waiting list so go get on the list early!!) I already have my 3 month old on the list

We’ve been at St. Wilfrid’s Episcopal Preschool for a year. My son was a bit over three when he started. We were having a bit of a struggle getting him potty trained. St. Wilfrid’s teachers worked with me on getting him there. In addition, my son has delayed speech so there was the frustration of communication between by son and anyone else. St. Wilfrid’s teachers worked with me on that as well. The teachers at St. Wilfrid’s Episcopal Preschool are patient, cooperative and in communication. They are a great partner on helping my son develop over the last year.
Most recently, I have become unemployed. The office staff has been working with me on the best plan for our family and my son which I am deeply grateful for. They have been very supportive all around and during this time.

Plan early and place your child on the waitlist as space is limited. It is worth the wait!

This is a great school. Tough to keep advertising for them as the waiting list continues to grow. Difficult to find a spot but worth the wait. Small classrooms and teachers that care.

St. Wilfrid’s preschool is awesome. It’s a fun loving environment and it’s all about the kids. Their Tyke and kindergarten program prepares the children for the next level of education. They have a great curriculum which includes all common core standards and the guided reading program gives them the opportunity to increase their reading levels up to the 3^rd grade. Some children were reading chapter books at the end of the year. The small ratio with 2 teachers is a plus!

I absolutely love this school. My son had a hard time staying here the first few days and the teachers here are very comforting. They truly care for all the kids. Ms Debbie and Ms Wendy are very helpful and make it so easy to to get your child enrolled. Rest assured your child is in great hands he/​she will love it here.

We had been looking for a place where my four year old could attend Pre K and ideally an onsite daycare for my first grader. After an exhaustive and fruitless search we stumbled upon St Wilfrid’s. We knew as soon as we were greeted by the staff on our first visit that all off our prayers had been answered. You realize from the time you walk in that they are different. For my wife and I this was a relief. Up to this point we had been disappointed with the other facilities we had visited., it seemed that each of the facilities we visited either had staff that we didn’t feel good about or we’re unable to accommodate our schedules or provide the services we needed. This was not the case with St Wilfrid’s. The staff was great. Everything we needed and more could be provided. And they would accommodate our schedules. We felt confident right away they would treat our children as if they were thier own. It was also wonderful to see the passion each of the staff exhibited in their roles. Everyone wanted to be exactly where they were and truly enjoyed their roles. Everyone was always very professional and impossibly friendly. None of this would be possible without strong leadership and that’s where Debbie Pratt comes in. As the Director at the school, she keeps everything on track. A position that keeps her very busy. Yet, she handles it with aplomb. No matter what her hectic schedule, she is always happy to make time for us. Debbie and all of her staff have always made us feel like we were their only customer. Everyone there has been more than accommodating to our erratic work schedules. For my wife and I this team far surpassed all the other schools and daycares in the area. Always courteous. Always accountable. Always professional. And just as important, my kids love everyone there. They love the staff and the curriculum. So do we. They are always coordinating fun events at the school… Field trips, visits from fire and law enforcement, presentations and shows for the parents put on by the kids, arts and crafts, school carnivals… always lively and always a good time for the parents and kids.
It has been a great experience at every level. We have only good things to say. St. Wilfrid’s truely sets the bar. I would recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

I was a little skeptical at first when I enrolled my daughter, but as time goes on I like this place more and more. I like the teachers, they all are very caring and knowledgeable. Andrea (new teacher) came from Montessori school and has mixed Montessori philosophy with the school program. Even though my daughter goes two half a day, I feel and notice her new good behaviors (becoming more social). School will be upgraded soon and kids will love it even more. One more good thing about this school is that there is a fence all around the school and strangers can’t see/​watch the kids. Highly recommend to friends and family.

This is my sons second year at St Wilfrid’s and we have all grown to love this school. It feels like family walking into the place. Every one knows your child’s name and are all very friendly. The director Deb goes above and beyond to work with individual scheduling preferences, which has been great for our family. I love that there are always fun activities planned throughout each week — spanish, chapel, music, library, art, and even sports and dance are available if interested. I also love that during the summer you can make your own schedule and pay by the week for only the days that you are there. That is a huge bonus! There are a ton of very fun special events too, which my son loves — a puppet show, pirate ship, huge water slide and bounce house, a carnival, water play days, Captain Carl and many, many other fun events and parties for all of the special occasions. My favorite thing about this school is that I feel very safe having my son here because I know he is being well taken care of and learning so many important things to prepare him for kindergarten. Thank you for all of the hard work St Wilfrid’s teachers and staff. We appreciate you all so much.

I cannot say enough good things about St. Wilfrid’s Preschool! I found this school by accident. New to the area, I was driving around and saw a park that is right next to the church. I took my daughter to the park to play and saw the St,. Wilfrid’s Preschool sign. I went to the office, and took a tour of the school. Immediately, I had a very good feeling about it. I had researched and toured 6 preschools. I signed my daughter up that day. 2.5 years later, I still feel it was one of the best decisions I have made
The classrooms are clean and bright. The playground is one of the largest I have seen. The outdoor toys are great. The garden is the cutest thing… each class has a designated area and the children plant vegetables every year. They even get to enjoy their harvest at the end of the seasons, and they are so proud and happy. My daughter particularly likes the cucumbers she grew. The staff is amazing — friendly, encouraging, kind, approachable, loving, helpful, funny… and always smiling. They know all the children’s names. They helped toilet train my daughter and got rid her pacifier, much to my relief! Enough said right there, but I will continue…
The student-​teacher ratio is low. In addition to the regular academics that includes Spanish and Music, they offer dance, gymnastics, soccer and Japanese classes (optional). They offer a very affordable lunch program (optional). The school hours are excellent (7am — 1pm half day, 7am-​6pm full day). They have a lot of events/​programs/​parties/​activities planned each year, much more than any other schools I have researched. Ever since Ms. Debbie, the Preschool Program Director, took over a few years ago, every year has been getting better and better. I often jokingly ask, «So how are you going to top it next year?» ;)
I like to be involved at school. Sometimes, I stick around and help out with the class or event. St. Wilfrid’s welcomes that. I apologize for being all over the place writing this review, but I have so many nice things to say about this school!
The most important thing — my daughter absolutely loves the school, her classmates and teachers. She always wants to go and never wants to leave. She is very happy there, and so am I.

We are very happy with St. Wilfrid’s Preschool. Our son started at the begging of June (only 3 days a week), and he took him maybe 3 weeks to get fully used to the preschool! He loves to go there, he loves his teacher and to play with his new friends. Everyone has been very open and helpful during the enrollment process and the first weeks. We feel very fortunate to have found the right place for our son. We highly recommend it!

This pre-​school is amazing, all the teachers here do such a great job with these children preparing them for kindergarden. I came here to do my observation hours for my college course and I am so thankful I found this place. If I had a child of my own I would defiantly bring them here. I give this school 5 stars without a doubt. Great energy, very motivated teachers and a beautiful atmosphere, I strongly recommend St. Wilfrid’s if you are seeking a pre-​school! «)

This school is great! The best teachers and the cleanest campus hands down. My son started attending school here a year ago when he turned 2 and he has learned so much in that time. I would recommend this pre school to anyone!

St. Wilfrids truly is a hidden gem. I couldn’t be happier with their educational programs and how they care for my 2 young children. Both love going to pre-​school and I notice how all of the children run through the gates to start their day. Their facility is really beautiful, clean and open but totally safe. Their playground is the best I’ve seen and I really love all of the activities and events they hold in which parents are invited. I would definitely recommend to anyone… and I have!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND St Wilfrid’s Preschool
As a mother of twins who are 2 years old, I was very leery about having them go to any preschool. Unfortunately after losing my nanny I began my search for a preschool. St Wilfrid’s is A-​M-​A-​Z-​I-​N-​G. They have welcomed my daughters with open arms.
First, most preschools do not allow midyear admission, but St Wilfrid’s did. To me that says a lot about a school. Flexibility!
The teacher to student ratio is 1:6, most schools are 1:10 or 1:12– individual attention for my kids, how awesome is that.
Price, by far the best priced school in the area– I checked with several preschools and the other school that I liked was $ 600 MORE a month for my twins. The director understands today’s financial hardships that we are faced with and makes it a mission to provide quality care, school and programs to the community at an affordable price.
Programs, they offer an array of programs (soccer, dancing, gymnastics, spansh class, etc) that kids can participate in, some at no cost others at a minimal fee.
Teachers– LOVE THEM! They are soooooo sweet with the kids. My girls LOVE their teacher. Makes this momma happy to know my girls are well taken care of during the day.
Overall, I am very happy that my daughters attend St Wilfrid’s Preschool. Schedule a tour and see for yourself. First thing you’ll notice– the smell, it smells so good CLEAN!!!

St. W is awesome! I have 3 kids and all have attended this preschool. Right now I have my daughter in the pre-​k class and my 2 year old in the preschool class. The school teaches so much on a daily basis and truly prepares our youth for the real world and what is coming academically and socially after they leave and start kindergarten! I love knowing that my children are in a safe environment while I am at work. Today I got home to find my 2 yr old totally potty trained thanks to the amazing help from his teacher! The director is so wonderful, understanding, and flexible with our schedule! The staff and teachers really reach out and get to know you and your child! We have made such great friends from this school that will last a lifetime! Overall, I highly suggest St. Wilfrids Preschool! We are blessed to have found such a caring, peaceful place for learning and fun. St. W ROCKS!

I am very pleased with my choice in sending my 3yr old to this preschool! The program is unbelievable. My son is actually counting in spanish and talks about his time in chapel and the library which makes me thrilled! Teachers are great! Kids and parents are great! I feel so comfortable leaving him there especially. He looks forward to school days and has formed a great bond with his teacher!

St. Wilfrid’s preschool is a fun, safe and exciting place for kids to learn. My twins have been attending for three years now and have grown socially as well as developmentally. The Director, Teachers and Staff are all genuienly caring and dedicated to creating a dynamic and fun learning environement.
I highly recommend this preschool if you want the following:
1. Your child to be challenged in all areas of learning, ie Kindergarten preparation, art, music, reading, chapel, gardening, library, spanish, as well as outdoor play and physical agility.
2. To have your child be known as an individual and to be treated with respect.
3. To be part of a great comminity of children, parents and teachers, which combined creates an atmosphere of joyful learning and valued friendships.
4. To know that your child is safe at school and if there is an emergency, accident or illness outbreak, that the school will notify the parents immediately keep them informed with essential updates.
5. The tuition fee is competitive and the days/​times that children can attend is very flexible.
An online review can only begin to aid a person in their search for a great school. The best way is to visit and observe. I know I am very lucky to have found a wonderful preschool for my kids!

My son has been attending St. Wilfrid’s preschool for two years now. We are very pleased with the program and with the teachers and staff. He flourishes there because of the personalized attention, nurturing environment, exposure to a variety of included activities, such as music and Spanish, and close-​knit community of teachers, parents and friends. We were looking for a place that was much more than a daycare facility to prepare our son for school and to provide him with the attention a developing preschooler requires, and St. Wilfrid’s definitely has exceeded our expectations. We have and will continue to recommend this preschool to other parents.
