My favorite drive-thru Starbucks. They always get my order correct and I never have to wait long. I also appreciate that they always prepare my dogs favorite; PUPPUCCINOS!

Really disappointed … Out of bacon Gouda, oat meal is all water. blueberries are soggy and runny I definitely won’t be returning to this location although it’s a drive there and super convenient that’s the best thing about this place and they always run out of everything and the oat meal is ridiculous never has brown sugar or the nuts and raisins the blueberries are disgusting and I can’t eat this… So disappointed. :(

As far as for studying really good there are outlets at each table with plenty of seating available. Coffee was the usual, I mean it’s Starbucks pretty much the same at each Starbucks. However, con, a bunch of the outlets don’t work but once those are fixed– pretty good study spot.

Slow service and bland tasting drinks! I don’t like this Starbucks at all. Sometimes the drive thru is just sooooooo slow and then you go inside and it’s waaaaay slower service. Not cool.

Pretty average as far as Starbucks go. The interior is nice albeit a little small. I ordered a café mocha which came out in a timely manner, however it was a little too cool for my tastes. I like my coffee hot but this ended up being like a was chocolate milk. Not bad, but not great either. I might be back I might not. There are other places I can get coffee.

What I ordered: ½ black coffee ½ black tea Splash of cream 4 splendas What I got: Cream with a splash of coffee. 4 splendas. I’m trying to wake up here, but instead, they gave me mudd butt. Thanks Starbucks, thanks.

I would love to give 5 stars because I love coffee, but this location is one of the worst. It’s on my way to work and had the drive thru making it easy to stop by on a busy morning. The line is always long(usually I wouldn’t blame this on the employees but if you’ve ever seen them in «action» you’d know it’s just due to slow service) so I have to allow extra time for that. I get ONEDRINK the same drink every morning for the past 8 years. It’s really the only drink I like(unless I’m going all sugar and fun) so it never changes. I’d say they get my order wrong 66% of the time. Even if it’s correct on the screen and it says it on the cup I have learned to taste test before leaving because it usually wrong. My lids are always splashed with coffee like they are stacked too close to the makers and get some backsplash. It’s annoying and kind of off putting. I have stopped going there after last week when I went to taste my drink before leaving and there was a hair on my lid. When I told the guy at the window he just offered me a new lid. YUCK! no, I want a new coffee. How do I know what could be inside this one?! They ended up making me a new one and muttered sorry the best they could, I guess. Even though it takes a little longer I’ve been going to one closet to work or hitting Peets coffee.

My favorite local Starbucks because they are friendly, efficient, and the coffee is never weak or burnt.

Probably the worst customer service out of any Starbucks I have ever been to. I get my fraps with added shots and no milk because the milk makes more and if I’m paying 2 $ for 2 shots and I’m only getting half of them it doesn’t make sense. I have worked at Starbucks before and I am a black coffee drinker so to me it tastes great I don’t need the bullshit I just want a cold coffee drink and when I ordered this the girl told me «that’s gonna taste disgusting» um okay? Why would I order it if it is gonna be disgusting and I told her«you should try its actually good if you like black coffee» this was the first time coming here and will never return due to the annoying/pompous staff.

I LOVE starbucks. I don’t care how much it costs. Why? It’s my caffeine fix when I’m itching for it! I usually order a Quad Grande White Mocha No Whip. MMMM Good! If I’m craving something sweet with no caffeine then I recommend their Green Tea Frappuccino No Whip. YUMMYDELICIOUS! I’ve been to MANY Starbucks and I’d have to say that the disappointing part about the workers is they more than likey will get some part of your order wrong. It’s extremely frustrating but in the end they always make up their error by fixing you a new one and letting you keep their mistakes. Eh. That’s great but please just get it right the first time! They used to never be this bad! It is what it is. I now know to double check my order before leaving. I’m a sucker for Starbucks so YES I will be back soon :)

Sticking to bakery items and drinks makes my visits to this Starbucks more pleasant. Their food items don’t really catch my attention anymore but I do often get their boxes especially their protein one. The honey peanut butter, the bread, the cheese, it all goes so well together. The new PSL has this different odd flavor though. Line still moves fast which is a big plus when I’m stopping by on my break. Loving their drive thru screen too lol.

I asked for green tea macchiato. I made a mistake for saying green tea macchiato. The place is not busy during the time I went in. I waited for like 30 minutes for my drink to come out, When she called out my name, i see caramel macchiato under my name. I never was a huge fan on caramel. I end up getting it because the place seems way too busy after waiting for 30 minutes. I would assume that she would catch my mistake if she heard my order, but I guess not. P. s. the WiFi her is broken too(update on Jan 17)

The bathroom here is an utter disaster… your location is busy and u can’t hire someone to clean the bathroom once an hour? It looks like a third world country. Then when u walk in look up at the ceiling of the main inside sitting area it is nasty. I was sitting there studying for my Pediatrics exam when I looked up at the wood part of the ceiling on the east side of the interior… it is covered with lint and dust and nastiness… and I am not talking a little bit… its like 3 feet above your head and it looks like the lint screen in your dryer after laundry day… nasty. And it goes on for like 20 feet. Yeah if this was in LA the county health department would shut it down. Its strange because the building is modern and fairly new.

They told me they don’t make serve Smore’s frapps at this location. What? I’ve been buying these things for a while now and it’s not a seasonal drink like the pumpkin. Either they just don’t know how to make it was lazy to make it. I don’t even want to give them 33% of a chance that don’t make it anymore when I’ve been to other locations this past week and I’ve gotten the drink made for me no problem, busy location or not. My other choice I purchased was weak. How do you screw up a caramel frapp? Taste all burnt didn’t even drizzle the cup for me like the way a diabetic frapp should be made. Service was rude and nothing great about this place. Good thing I have the coffee bean in this location to choose over

I go here often as it is the closest Starbucks to work. Some of the servers know me by now but I usually order different things and sometimes order for the office so they never look at me and go ‘the usual’, which is always cool. It’s a smaller Starbucks, not the tiniest, but not a place where you can spread out and study. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend this location for studying as a lot of homeless people like to camp out on the tables outside. And it’s never fun to try not to stare at their giant bags of bottles and cans and old clothes and ignore them as they talk to themselves. It’s sad. The area to wait for your drink(s) is always awkward because it is a small one-person corner and people are constantly trying to walk by you to use the restroom. Usually I stand off to the middle of the store but have to constantly let people who walk in know that I already ordered and that I am waiting for my drink, not waiting to order. One time they were giving out free samples of Frappuccinos with mixed-in desserts, a new promotion they were doing, which was amazing. They let me try all the varieties and after about 3 samples I was pretty much too full to order the frap! So I bought a coffee instead to wash it down :) Watch out for parking, very hard to find right outside the store since it is cramped in between and Einstein’s Bagels and Jamba Juice. I usually end up parking closer to the center of the main parking lot a good 30 feet away.

I am shocked that this Starbucks only has 3.5 stars overall! DRIVETHRU: I come here a few times a week in the drive thru(ends up being quicker than running inside). The drive thru has a large flat screen TV type of screen placed vertically and the live face of the person who is taking your order pops up. At first, I thought this was odd, but now I like it! Takes some getting used to but it puts a more human touch to drive through. I like it. The drive thru takes 5 min or less even at the busiest times. INSIDE: clean, nice people working here. This is a busy Starbucks. DRINK: The green tea latte here is made better than any Starbucks in a 10mi radius. Holy cow… Delicious! I love the convenience of this Starbucks and how perfect they make the drink I get. There is a really nice guy with brown hair in the morning who hands you your drinks and food in the drive thru. His positivity and kind words always start my day right. I will keep going here as my choice of Starbucks’ around.

Red velvet frap was not good! Cons– 1) Upon entrance, the place felt like it needed to be aired out or at least turn on the a/c. It had a strong smell of warm milk. It would of been better for it to smell like coffee instead? 2) really dimmed lights. I would not come to this location to study Pros: — drive-thru for quick grab of drinks and foods — out door seatings –friendly staff w/good input Ex: I wanted coffee but I wanted red velvet. Since the red velvet frap doesn’t include coffee. The barista said it would not probably taste great with it –many staffs(likely to get order faster)

I have to say this is one of the friendliest Starbucks I tend to visit throughout my week. There is always available seating and just about each seat is equipped with an outlet for your electronic needs. Not only are the staff friendly and willing to help, they treat each and every customer as if they were old time friends. The regulars here are great too. They don’t seem to act as if they own the place or get upset if you happen to sit down in their usual daily seat. Instead they will greet you with a good morning and ask how you are doing. Be aware they really want to know so be prepared for a bit of chit chatter. Like most Starbucks they offer the full variety of coffee, tea and snacks but they mean it when they say they want you to be satisfied. There’s no gnarly stares if you ask for your drink to be re-made.

It’s not my first choice when it comes to coffee — there’s better stuff out there but it’s not always close and convenient like Starbucks. I was meeting a friend nearby for brunch and we were pretty buzzed after our mimosa brunch so we needed somewhere to just chill for a bit before we both went our separate ways. Coffee shops are a place to do just that and voila! this was across the street so we also got a little walking in which is always helpful. The Flat White was the latest rage at the time. I decided to give this aussie drink a try and she did as well. For Starbucks, it was pretty good. I only need one raw sugar packet to dull the edge of the burnt coffee taste. Inside, it’s pretty spacious. For a busy weekend, we found a spot pretty quickly to hang out for a bit. Most locations are clean as was this one.

Every time I’ve been at this location, I’ve always been satisfied. I’ve never experienced the drive-thru though because I mostly come here to study. This location’s café is great for studying. They have plenty of tables and chairs. It seems slightly small but there is room and every time I’ve come here I’ve been able to find a comfortable seat. They also have a little patio seating outside and it’s pretty nice. I used to think my drink was complicated but compared to other people’s I think it’s pretty basic and it shouldn’t be that hard to make. Every time I’ve ordered my grande hazelnut iced coffee in a venti cup with extra ice with breve and 2 extra pumps of hazelnut it’s been exactly the way I want it. Most of the time at other locations they seem to get it wrong. Their customer service seems wonderful. They always greet me and take my order quickly and get my drink to me quickly as well. I think the staff members here are all friendly and I like that. I feel like they’re genuinely nice, whether or not that’s true, they’ve made my experiences warmly welcomed. And as a frequent Starbucks drinker, I’d like to feel like my favorite place to get coffee is welcoming me. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences so this location makes up for a lot of that. Thank you. Overall 4 stars.
