This is my go to Starbucks recently because of the new crew they have. The new team members are extremely nice and so far I’m very happy with their customer service. Came in today for the 50% off deal on Fraps between 3:00 — 5:00 PM. I purchased the mocha frap with added caramel and a green tea frap! Both are delicious!

They’re busy during expected times, but other than that, it’s pretty quiet. The baristas are very friendly. It’s pretty small inside and it’s hard to find open chairs or parking.

Server is a freaking ASS! My daughter’s drink have been sitting in the counter and obviously we didn’t hear the call. But he fucking don’t care. Suck ass, Hao’le.

Staff too chatty with each other for sure. Bathrooms and condiment stands are a mess while they stand around. Watched 3 partners come and go (breaks or new/​ending shifts) and none ever checked the restrooms, which are out of paper and filthy. But one partner was all over another’s dress code violations (no socks, with Crocs– not safe for a barista, I know).

Always enjoy the friendly welcome at 7:00am or 4:00pm. This store is quaint and store is well lit. The staff here is fairly consistent and the newbies are quick studies. They remember our names and our drinks. It’s very professional yet personal. I love it!!’

Parking can be pretty horrendous here but their staff makes up for it. I always make my usual order twenty minutes before leaving my house and it’s always ready when I come and pick it up! Sometimes I like to study after work and this location is pretty empty so you can get some good studying time in!

This place makes the worst coffee. It’s all milk. More than half milk. About 2/​3rds milk. Horrible. A tiny droplet of caramel. She served me a breakfast sandwich that was on display. Horrible service.

It seems an entity seems to have find it fit to delete my review. Not a good way to rediscover a usual spot on Unilocal.
Staff are obnoxious and too chatty, leaving customers waiting. Getting your 12th free drink comes with an attitude. Parking is horrible at all hours. Even if something is available, people act like they’re warming up for a costco parking lot.

Overall the environment is a nice place.
A pretty small Starbucks
But there is this one employee that is extremely rude.
He is a fat big rude man that has no manners what so ever.
So we ordered an ICED caramel macchiato.
when our order came out it was a HOT Caramel macchiato.
When we went back to explain it to him
He said we had an attitude
And he was extremely rude about changing our order.
Even though we were just some customers he had no manners what so ever to us.
I do not recommend coming to this place
But I recommend that the manager should fire him.

I would not recommend this Starbucks. The lines are always long, service is slow and they get your order wrong half the time, no matter how basic it is. I avoid this location if I can.

Wish I would have gotten the guys name but dude, learn to warm up a freaking cookie when a customer asks! also, his take on a PSL is WAY too heavy on the PS part. :(It was actually pretty overwhelming and hard to finish… or should I say choke down

I came here this morning to work a bit on my computer, coffee is good, the same as every other Starbucks. I just love the internet speed here, nearly 60mbps which makes work much easier. They also have lots of electric plugs.
Cons. No dedicated parking slots of bicycles.

I have to say, they are the only store that I don’t get a NO from about making a special drink that I love. (Strawberry water) I usually stop here every week day morning on my way to work. It is always very clean and organized. The staff is always nice and they are quick with making the drinks. The only complaint I have is that the parking sucks, but that is not Starbucks fault.

Every single time I have been to this Starbucks I get a major attitude from the employees. Today the cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked for 2 pumps instead of the standard 6. Also, their coffee sucks, tastes like it’s burned, and always gives me an instant headache.
As other reviewers have said, the parking is awful. Today some idiot in a Lexus came flying around the corner and almost hit me as I was walking.
Because of these reasons… I am NEVER EVER going to this location again.

What a horrible parking setup! Good luck trying to not want to run somebody over! No one wants to let you back out! The barista that took my order was so dry and lifeless! I had to repeat myself 3x for my drink order! Just because I don’t have a voice doesn’t mean you can tune me out. He was whack 100%, thank goodness the other barista that made my drink had some act right and made my drink right! I don’t think I would come back to this one since there’s tons of Starbucks in HB! –_–

Stopped by this Starbucks location while sonny boy was at the dentist across the street. The servers were friendly and fast, the place was clean, and the tazo black shen iced tea was refreshing. However, getting a parking spot is a hit and miss. I’m still a fan! 4 Stars!

This is a great Starbucks location that is rarely packed — I guess because its next to the mall, which already has a Starbucks, and its located at a low-​traffic corner/​area of Westminster.
The parking is terrible though, and definitely worth the extra few steps you’d need to make to park at the adjacent parking lot (the one that Tokyo Deli is in) and walk over.
The baristas here are friendly, engaging and fix your drink quickly. If there is a line, the staff manage to get orders filled and drinks made in a breeze. There isn’t as many tables in this location (since it is smaller), but the tables are somewhat spread out so there’s a bit more privacy to do your work if you do manage to snag a table!
