This place isnt good, the reviews are lies. They make you write a review for the ice tip or free refill, music is ass, & vibes are ass. Then when i ask to change ice tips. «We only have 3». 3 ice tips. Wow. Wack.

I have always wanted to check this place out. All my friends talk about it and I always see pictures, and snapchats… Very good place. I’m a real hookah smoker and I have been to do many hookah lounges in the area and in other cities this one is. Legit smoking experience
Pool table, Outdoor seating and good over all I highly recommend this place and the family takes care of you ! This is my new spot for hookah in oc, Orange County

There service is on point, they make you feel your business is appreciate it and your dollar is worth more … I highly suggest you go visit this place when in town or even looking for a new hookah spot than your usual one. !

The place has a really great atmosphere, the hookah flavors that we tried were f*cking awesome, also have a huge selection of flavors. The employees gave us amazing customer service and were super chill overall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good time and definitely coming back in the near future.

First time here and the owners are very welcoming. The service is great they’re very hospitable quick to check on you and very laid back:-). Great chill music and very smooth great quality hookahs with many different flavors. They have comfortable leather sofas, neon lights good ambience and pool tables. We really like safari melon and blue mist!

I came to visit California for 10 days and came across this place from the restaurant I dined in the area they recommended it and told me this is where the good hookahs is at
So I came down I must tell you this place is great from the minute you walk in until you leave.
I got the sultana signature and it was really good they have pool table, and playing cards too which I find great .
It’s also open late, I highly recommend this place if you appreciate hookah with very reasonable price.

Ice tip with strawberry and mixed with 69 and then Turkish coffee is some good choices. Place is not smokey smell and you can actually breath! :) spacious and service was friendly and accommodating. I would come here again and I recommend this place.

I called every hookah lounge (It being Christmas) and none were open except this one. It was a bit hard to find but we found it :) My boyfriend and I were instantly greeted when we walked through the door. A young man named Mizo (excuse me if I misspelled it) delivered fast service and even gave us a Christmas special. When I asked about the place he told me how long Sultans Hookah lounge has been around (12 years)! Techno music was playing (which wasn’t our preference), and he put on music that my boyfriend and I both liked. The surround sound is perfect! Not too loud not to quiet it’s just right! The experience and all around customer service was great and I’ll definitely come back again when I’m in the area !
Update: Mizo also supplied us with fresh hot chocolate! Definitely come here if you want the VIP experience!

Staff is super friendly. They checkin on you often, which is really nice. Music isn’t to loud and their prices are really good.
Overall I will come by again when I’m down in so Cal, and I definitely recommend this hookah lounge.
Ohh yeah, I definitely recommend the ice hose. For a few bucks it makes such a huge difference!

This place is great, it’s poppin when there are people around. It can be very laidback and chill one minute and the next, everyone is turning up! Everyone is nice, service is good — whenever I come, I’m too busy having a good time with my girls so can’t say I spent more than 2 minutes crying about service like other people. They let you split up the bills — bonus!
If you’re going, make sure you use a lint roller on your clothes or you will be lookin dirty! haha the lighting they have is very cool!
You can also request them to play some song/​type of music — thumbs up from me for sure
