I placed an order for gutters through Lowe’s a few weeks ago and at the time they informed me that they used this company as their contractor for local gutter installation in the OC area. Since that time I have had to follow up several times to inquire as to why no one has contacted me to schedule the installation. Lowe’s informed me that they had left several messages for them to call their clients to schedule installations (apparently there are/​were many in the same situation as me), but it would appear that The Rain Gutter Store is not interested in following up with clients or honoring the contracts they had received through Lowe’s. I do not fault Lowe’s for this at all, but would like to remind this company that even though the rains may be coming soon, a dry spell will surely follow and this is very poor business management/​planning on your behalf.
Lowe’s suggested I call them directly with the hope that they may treat me differently but I declined, and then cancelled my order but again I place no blame on Lowe’s. I have no interest in supporting a business like this that has no interest in basic customer service.

Wow. agree with previous reviewer that owner is extremely rude. First, the «business phone» listed is his cell phone. He made it well known that since business was extremely good right now, he didn’t have time to waste. I can’t imagine what the follow up customer service would be like if you had any problems.

How rude, I told the man that I wanted to get 3 estimates today. He told me to go with the other two, that he did not have time to play games. I have been diligently trying to get my gutters done on a large home. This man is a egotistical jerk. He wants you to not compare prices. If you call him be sure not to tell him that you would do what he would do and get some estimates before making a large financial decision on your home. My home is an 8 bedroom home and it would of been a large job for him. What a jerk! I would stay away from anyone who did not allow me to get an honest estimate.

The Rain Gutter Store gave us a fair estimate too do our home, Steve and his crew showed up promptly on the promised time. In two and a half hours we had copper gutters on our house… They look fantastic, changed the whole look of our home. Steve and his team are real pro’s!
