Mercy is a delightful dog who needed desperately to find a loving caring arena in which to release her inner DIVA. We have found the person, and now the place! Because we have been using Sheila Aubrey to unlock Mercy‘s troubled past naturally we followed her wherever she went. I am so grateful because now we have discovered the staff under Sheila, the environment; and of course Sheila herself we now have the cherished and until now the coveted honor of being a daycare «playgroupie»!! Mercy has found a new and exciting aspect of her life where NOBODY will pick on her or bully her. I am over the moon happy for Uptown Paw

Great place! Our puppy– Fido loves this place and has a lot of fun. Definitely feels worry free to leave behind our lil fur ball who gets his attention and loves being away from home. Trustworthy, affordable, clean and very good!

My dog loves UTP! She has been going there sine she was 9 months old, she is now 5 yrs old. I love that there are no crates and she is free to do what she wants during daycare. I also love the fact that she comes home exhuasted after a full day of fun. I love that she can be there for «her Spa day» and spend time in daycare as well. It makes for a very full day for her and very convient for me.
The staff is very caring, nurturing, attentive, professional and above all, they treat my dog as if she was their own.
The environment is clean and safe and they are great at making sure all the dogs that go there are healthy and before submitting them to play groups.
I depend on UTP to be my dog’s home away from home and not have to worry (all mom’s worry anyways) about her when she is there.
Couldn’t live without them!!!

Uptown Paw is great! Our dog Nugget can’t wait to go to daycare here. She starts wagging and getting excited in the car when she knows we’re getting close. She was extremely nervous the first day, but ever since then we have to drag her out when we come to get her. The staff are all very friendly, and Nugget oftentimes comes home with adorable little bows, which we love! They were also able to get us in for a haircut the same day on a Saturday, which most places won’t do. PLUS, if your dog gets a haircut they get to run around with the other dogs for the rest of the day, so it’s essentially like a free day of daycare. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I was a longtime customer of uptown paws but I’m Extremely unhappy now that Suzanne the previous owner has sold the business. Inexperienced groomers now with unhappy employees my dog received a horrible cut yesterday… the place is dirty and owner does not care one bit about this establishment /​employees and most importantly his customers !!!

Unfortunately, the recent change in ownership has not been positive. Dogs that are boarding are essentially left unsupervised at a premium cost. I have been bringing my dog here for quite some time and appreciated that my dog was loved here as much as he was at home. I refuse to board my dog here anymore. However, I still bring my dog in for daycare because of the staff that carried over from the previous owner. Once the staff is gone, so am I.

I love this place! I live nearby, so I rarely have to make an appointment for my dogs nail trimming and anal gland cleaning. They are quick and efficient, and they always give my dog a cute, seasonal bandanna (no charge for that).
The only reason I knocked off one star was because for both those services, it’s usually $ 30+ before tip. I understand reaching into my dogs backside is not a fun job, but I still feel like it’s a lot of money.
All in all, I would recommend this place to friends or family.

Sad to say, after making an appointment the day before it still took them from 9:30AM until 6:30, 7:00PM to do our dog. Please you could do a horse in that amount of time. Our dog use to be happy to go there, but this time I could tell he was afraid, wish I hadn’t made him go. I believe there are new owners now and they just don’t know how to groom. Yes, we will be looking for another groomer.

What a wonderful place — staff is so friendly and the facility is clean and fun for pups (i.e. — pool day).
Suzanne is so good with all the dogs AND their parents :-).

The only reason they do not get 5 stars is because it is a little pricey and the are not fast. Other than that they always do a great job and are very friendly. My dog is not afraid to go here at all. They do not cage up the animals so it is like he gets a play date everytime he gets groomed. He always gets a cute scarf and I feel like they love all the dogs just as much as the owners do!

I love uptown paw! I take my frenchie baby Duchess here! They are so sweet and caring! She goes to doggie daycare here and seriously pulls me out of the car to go inside! All the staff is amazing! They give the best baths, doggie mani and pedis, blueberry doggie facials, and doggie reiki! I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else!

Only place I can take my huskies. One is mellow the other is a complete basket case. They do a great job and it is well worth every penny especially since I have tried and failed many times to bath them myself. These ppl are dog ppl and not afraid of a challenge I have sure tested that. I have tried other places and they don’t dry them all the way, won’t brush them well or they will call and tell me to come pick them up Bc they are showing signs of aggression. Uptown Paw knows what they are doing they will take all day just to make sure the dog feels comfortable, one of my dogs has anxiety issues… two thumbs up!

We love everyone at Uptown Paw. We bring our French bulldog Floyd for for daycare and they are our go to when we go out of town. Everyone there is amazing and we refer to them as Floyd’s second family (they had a birthday party for him in September when he turned one!). They love dogs and give your pup the same love and attention you give them at home.
I love that they have an outdoor area for Floyd to play and get fresh air. They also do grooming and therapeutic treatments for dogs skin and coat. I can’t say enough good things and am thankful that we found them.

Up Town Paw is my dog Blu favorite place. She has best buddys and her favorite friend Natauh to play with and is very very excited when we pull up to up town. They take excellent care of all the dogs… just a really wonderful place.

We love Uptown Paws. This place is amazing! Our princess loves it there and she comes back from her grooming smelling and looking wonderful.
This is the only place we will trust for boarding our Foxy Roxy when we are out of town.

Prior to going to Uptown Paw my dogs would shake as we even ventured near the entrance of a groomer. After going to Uptown Paw both my dogs can’t wait to go. When we go inside my dogs race for the back never looking back. My Shih tzu has allergies and constantly produces oil all over her body. I use to get her groomed one day and the next day she would be a grease ball. Since Uptown Paw has introduced my Shih Tzu to the Micro Bubble we have managed to control the production of excess oil. I can now pet my dog without having to immediately wash my hands.
I love this place and would recommend to everyone.
