This place is awesome… came in here and they re did my coils for free… really grew guys in here that go out of their way to help you out… great selection of vapes, tanks, drippers, juice, bags and they have different deals goin on every day of the week… awesome place… they bought my loyalty, that’s for sure.

Walked in and greeted instantly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have all of the newest products and know how to demonstrate using them. Other than hardware they carry a very wide variety of all the best flavors of juice. Haven’t walked out without a bottle to this day. Very highly recommend this shop if your in the Huntington Beach area.

I love this place! My boyfriend and I have been supporting vapor labs since we started vaping 4 years ago. Each location has the best service but we gotta give it to the boys at hb for always being so rad!

This place is pretty cool, good vibes and nice people. One guy sold me the wrong Coils and was just like I don’t know why it’s not fitting and didn’t really seem like he cared to fix the issue nor give me a refund on the one I got. Other than that nice place.

Super chill guys who definitely know what they’re talking about, I’d totally recommend them, great juice collection, and very easy people to talk to and to get you what you need. My boyfriend and my new favorite vape store! Seriously the best place I’ve been to in a long time.

Been coming here for awhile now about one every 2 or so months and nothing really changed. I still get the same awesome service, the large variety of juice to pick from, and the variety of different tanks/​cartos/​etc to select from. The guys here are quite helpful if you got any questions and the loyalty discounts after buying a certain amount is always a plus! Stop by and give this place a try if you already haven’t. The environment is nice unlike some other shops I’ve been to where you feel forced to get something. Side note, you can also order from their online site as well.

I bought a clone online and the oring was crap the guys dug through their extras and helped me out free of charge a+ customer service I will be going back to this shop from now on tired of stuck up vapor snob stores everyone was a beginner once and these cats were very friendly.

Kind of feel like I was taken.
The place I wanted to go to was closed on Sundays so I came here. I knew nothing about vaping but wanted to try it. The sales guy was nice and not pushy at all. He set me up with a k101 two batteries a charger and juice. Total about 180 bucks. Well I didn’t know anything about it so I paid went on my way.
I returned a second time to have my wick rebuilt a week later because it was gumming up with residue. (little did I know its from sugar additives in the juice.) I had it rebuilt and bought a couple more juices.
A week later it gummed up again so I decided to go to a different shop to see what the problem was. There I was informed about the juice and why my wick was going bad so often. They rebuilt if for me for a lot less money $ 2 :) and sold me some of theirs. I haven’t had an issue since.
My K101 was recently broken. So I went to the new place and they were able to build me another on using a K100 with a battery for 80 bucks is the 101 and a charger $ 100 difference? I don’t know but seemed like they new I was knew to it and took advantage.
I won’t be returning.

Great selection of juices and e cigs. They have a wide variety of almost everything you can think of!
The problem is they aren’t the friendliest in the sense where they will give you any kind of help you need. My boyfriend and I asked so many questions looking for detailed answers and they gave us one worded answers. Kind of a let down considering how I was planning on spending money here

Came here to get a birthday present. I felt super intimidated to come here because I’m not a smoker or anything and felt embarrassed coming in not knowing anything! So I sort of tried to research before coming but that was useless.
I came in and got help right away I told them my situation and they definitely hooked it up with the goods! haha I used the Unilocal deal also, it was awhile ago so I can’t quite remember. Definitely good customer service and I would say cheap because he said he through in some free stuff but I don’t know much about vapes, lulz.
The only reason why I knocked down a star is because my friend got her present and told me there was like. a hair in her little tube w/​the liquid. I told her to contact the guy to get compensated but she didn’t. so here’s my review! Haha

I did a slew of research on Unilocal before I decided to walk into this place to get set up with my very first e-​cig.
I must admit, however, that I only came here due to the convenience of its location.
Anyway, I stepped in and told my story about how I wanted to quit smoking and wanted to get set up with some kind of beginners kit. I also mentioned how I’ve read on the forums that an eGo-​C Twist was what people were recommending.
The dude showed me a display case of eGo style batteries. It ranged from a generic starter kit, a standard eGo battery, one with the passthrough feature, and some eGo variable voltage batteries.
I decided to go with their house brand eGo variable voltage battery. They had a variety of colors. Each battery had a VL logo (Vapor Labs), two bottom buttons that change the voltage and a small LCD screen to show battery life and hit count. It also lets you use it as a passthrough while charging. Not bad.
He then recommended a Kanger Protank and pretty much sold me on his sales pitch. I’m glad he did cause I still use my protank, but I now pair it with a ProVari Mini. I like the bottom fed coil feature and the fact that you can actually rebuild the atomizer.
Next was choosing my first e-​juice. For some reason he and another employee could not tell me which were the popular juices. The respose I got from both of them was «Eveyone’s taste is different.»
WTH? Do you not keep track of which juices you sell the most? At least start from there or if you vape then recommend one of your favorites.
I was lost. I had no clue what flavor to get and didn’t even know that there were catagories like fruit, dessert, blah, blah, blah.
I did end up choosing a flavor; Danish Caramel.
The guy from earlier also recommended 12mg of nicotine strength based on my history of smoking which sort of impressed me I guess.
Anyway, Vapor labs is a decent place. They’ll help you get started and are well informed enough to recommend good accessories. Kanger protank FTW. You’ll probably be on your own when it comes to choosing an e-​juice though. They have a small juice bar where you can just try them out until you find one you like. In summary, nothing outstanding yet nothing terrible either. A-​OK.

The minute I opened the door i didn’t dig the vibe. But the store I frequent is closed on Sundays. The hubs and I went to buy another iclear 30 tank. Had a question or 2 to ask. The dude helping my husband was rude and couldn’t stop fiddling with his phone. They blew their vape hits in our faces. Epic fail with their customer service. The juice samples all tasted like ass and the biggest bummer was their prices are at least $ 2.00 more than the other shop I go to.
Obviously different strokes for different folks but, the hubs and I will definitely never be returning to vapor labs.

Me and my boyfriend was heading back to San Diego from long beach and decided to stop by a vape store and stumbled upon this place because of their high ratings, and we were definitely not disappointed. Both Cody and Trinh were nothing but awesome! Very nice, friendly, helpful and informative. One of the best places yet. We will for sure be coming back the next times we take trips up north. Thank you guys!
