I had to get up early to race over for 6:00 a.m. Opening before work and they did not unlock their door until 6:24. On the upside, for a good price, I got the Mexican Jello cake and the Pan Dulce in my own neighborhood. That is convenience, not having to drive to Santa Ana!

The bread is great. However it has been multiple times when I walk into the bakery, either morning or night, and there is no bread. Most bakeries will have bread in their windows but this bakery has nothing after 7 sometimes. And if there is any, there is nothing but bland bread. I love it, but you guys need to step up your game. Also learn to separate the pan dulce from the bolillos!

I come to know this place once I started working in the same shopping center. The owners are super nice people. Their prices are very very low and breads are huge.

So, I was in the mood for some good authentic Mexican sweet bread. Saw the reviews, and decided to go check this place out. You can smell the deliciousness of fresh baked bread from the parking lot. Got the custard filled, this is the real deal, they make it themselves, along with pineapple filled and pumpkin. Wow, no preservatives and each handmade. The owner makes the bolillo, just like the ones in guadalajara. And the conchas are the best !! Anyone who gives chelos less than 4 stars, doesn’t know what good authentic Mexican bread is. And the décor is cute too !! Staff is very helpful, nice place to have in H.B.

Found out about this place from a friend. Very friendly staff and homelike. One reason why I like small bakeries like these because everything is homemade and natural. No processed food. They sell fresh tamales on weekends.. . Man, the most moist tamales I have ever ate. Not dry at all! Keep up with the great customer service y’all!

Came in tonight to get some sweet bread. Weak selection of bread but I understand it is late however when I ask the guy about the conchas he tells me they will be ready in about 30 minutes. Cool I come back in like 45 minutes only to find out there are no conchas and the guy who told me there would be was lying. When he was asked by the lady all I heard was laughter… I can only assume they thought it was funny that they did that to me. What a disappointment.

A small Mexican bakery with HUGE pastries and they all tasted really good! My boyfriend and I came in here to try the place out, not knowing how much their baked goods were, we just started grabbing. We ended up grabbing 4 baked goods and two drinks and was surprised that the bill was only $ 5. This place is cute and had good pastries. Try it out next time you go to Huntington Beach! Seating outside.

I don’t think it’s that good at all. :(the empanadas have this gelatin texture in them I can’t stand. My family is all Mexican and I grew up eating and loving pan dulce. The rest of the stuff isn’t bad just not awesome.

I went here to get a cake. I was referred by David H, I did not order ahead of time and they were able to help me out on short notice. That cake was SO good and very pretty. They did a great job everyone liked it. They also have amazing bread and cookies. This is the place to go for all your bakery needs.

I had a custom cake made for my birthday. Not only did the baker consult with me over the details of what I wanted, and reviewed pictures I brought in, but they cake was seriously one of the most delicious I’ve ever had! They also have delicious Mexican pastries.

After living in So Cal for 2 years I started getting into Mexican pastries. And of all of the panaderias, this one is the best! Service was great, super friendly and helpful. We tried the cream filled pastries, bread, and buns. Apparently we found out, the cream filled are only made 2x a week. Tuesday and Friday. The ‘custard’ was sooooo good. Whip cream also soooo good. They also offer other snacks, jello, cookies, you name it. Just wonderful. My personal favorite.

Not only is the pan dulce delicious, the cakes are amazing. Not too sweet, moist, and always a hit at our birthday parties. We’ve ordered our cakes here for the past several years and never been disappointed. This year they outdid themselves. My daughter wanted a sea turtle cake and this place did a great job with a beach scene, complete with brown sugar sand and beautiful waves of frosting. Thank you for your search for a sea turtle, you made her day!

Best place for pan dulce in Huntington Beach! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Just a reminder it’s cash only but very inexpensive for the quality and quantity you receive. Parking can be difficult after dark due to Matsu Sushi Restaurant in the same shopping center. The best is the tamales on Saturday and Sunday only, so good!

This panaderia has got to be the most authentic place ever! As soon as you reach their door you can smell the deliciousness baking inside! They have all types of pan dulce, candies, pinatas, gelatinas, and have tamales on weekends! You can special order cakes for birthdays and they are delicious! The people are nice and I definitely recommend this place!

This place reminds me when I used to live in Mexico and my mom would let us eat once a week a big Concha with the bottle of coke, I know I know sounds horrible but ohhhh so delicious! kept us very happy lol I try to come here after 3, I work really close so by the time i get here the delicious bread is fresh and hot, anyways u grab your tray, pick your favorite and pay. I always spend about 20 bucks, and thats because I always take Cuernos, conchas and all that good stuff for my family and 2 of my neighbors… The people here are always friendly exempt for this guy who is always flirting and trys to be funny about it so dumb but any way I recommend this panaderia it’s BOMB.COM

For some reason I was always pretty iffy about trying Mexican pastries, but I’m glad I finally got to try it out! I actually stumbled upon this place on accident. I was with my friends and we were waiting for our table at Matsu, which was an hour wait. I was starving so I stopped in here with my friends and got some pastries to share. Since I am very unfamiliar with the pastries are there was a wide variety the employee was nice enough to explain to me what the different pastries are. Kinda like 85c, you grab a tray and some tongs and just grab whatever pastries you want. Its very cheap and fresh! I will definitely come here again when I am in the mood for some pastries!
