I’m so angry sooo angry I hate when people has no consideration of your time and for me time is valuable I waited for my oatmeal and my juice for over 20 min. How come??? I was the first person there trying to get my things quick so I get get my 30 min work out before I go to work and the cashier for got my order she gave other people that came in to the store after me and gave them their drinks and oatmeal before me it seems like she knew them not that I care all I wanted was what I had order to get out of there not only she for got what order but when I asked her for it she asked me what did you order to make things worse I get my oatmeal with out coconut and I order and fresh greens and I got an orange juice instead

Worst place ever. 25 min for a juice and they got it wrong?! Employee more interested in his phone conversation than getting orders out.

I don’t know what kind of out of the hood program they hired this people from. This people had no access to their register. So no one could actually buy anything because the register was close. It was ridiculous.

The last three times I’ve gone here they’ve gotten my order wrong. First I asked for a mango a go go with fresh OJ, they made it with OJ concentrate instead. Then I asked for a mango peach bowl, they gave me a peach mango smoothie instead. Finally, I asked for a strawberries wild thick, but it was thin. I’d rather drive to a farther Jamba Juice than come here where they keep getting my order wrong.

Slow service but I can understand for only two people working specially at lunch time. But what didn’t settle well with me today was the way they handled being out of an item. I over heard the barista or assistant not sure what they are called here tell what appeared to be a manager or supervisor that they were out of yogurt in which his response was to supplement it with ice cream. I did not hear them asking the customer if that would be OK and proceeded to mix it with ice cream. I find this disturbing as many people have special food needs. Eg. allergies, restrictions, special diets. This could make some one have an unpleasant stomach problem, push them over sugar or calories at the least. I really hope this is not a standard practice for Jamba Juice when they run out of an item as this is not ideal for the health conscious. Simple communication to check with the customer for substitution would have been appropriate.

Horrible experience in this Jamba Juice. Bad customer service and the wait time for the juices were 10 – 15 min long. I asked for the restroom key and they lost the key! Really! And it clearly states «Restroom for customers only» mmm well I am a customer and the restroom key is missing.

Answer: The location of the store is ghetto. The Alameda swap meet/​mall is so crowded I have to fight for parking which wants me not to come to get a drink. Then I visited 3 stores prior to this store and they didn’t have toilet paper, toilet seat covers, soap, or paper towels. That is gross and people are touching the store products and shelving, and other things with disgusting unsanitized hands. Then I go to Jamba Juice and while I wait for my order I use the restroom. Since the store is highly clean I figured the bathroom would be clean and stocked. I was wrong. No toilet paper. Seat covers on the floor along with paper towels hanging on the toilet paper holder to use as toilet paper. Napkins in the cabinet. I’m like this is gross. I just went to pee and left. I told the cashier about the restroom not having stocked items and he just smiled like this is normal and they are aware. They didn’t care, nor apologized. So in return I just said, «Well I just visited a store over there and they didn’t have shit and another store they didn’t have shit.» I left and told my friend I’m never coming to this ghetto fucking nasty contaminated bullshit location. Peace out!!!

Ok if they’re open on a Sunday at 8, why weren’t they ready for business at 8? It’s 8:44 I have to be somewhere at 9 that’s why I got here at 8:08 so that I would be fast and easily helped. But their register/​computer wasn’t even on? Wth! I’m usually not the one to complain but I’m hungry!!!

All Jamba Juice’s serve the same type of food. The only thing I’m rating is the service.
I had called about 15 minutes before going to work and the first time, no one answered. The second time, Johnny, answered the phone and took my order. When I got there, I still had to wait because I was only 5 minutes away when I had called. It wasn’t a big deal for me. For breakfast, I’ve been getting the Chunky Strawberry Energy Bowl. It is extremely delicious, and if you haven’t tried it before, I suggest you to go try it!
Other than that, the young lady who greeted me when I came in had an abundance of energy! She definitely made me feel welcomed in there.

The smoothies are good. But the location is always full. I mean it isn’t they’re fault but… ugh its Busy plaza. Staff has been friendly.. At least to me. Never had anything else but they’re smoothies so i really recommend those. Razzmataz and mango a go go… yummy!

I’m always at this Jamba Juice and the staff is awesome! They’re courteous and fast and I’ve never had a problem with my orders. they came out with these green juices that are so tasty! if you’re not a big veggie eater this is the best way to get your daily servings!

All I have to say is wow smh there are 8 people in line to order there drink and they only have 1 employee making the drinks and charging at the register guys doing a great job multi tasking but lack of management to only have one employee at the location it took my about 23 mins to order my drink I can only imagine how long to get my drink I wrote this review as I’m waiting for my order

Worst location ever long line one sloooooow person taking order, stupid people trying to cut in line pretending as if they didn’t notice the huge wait! They have 2 people making drinks for about 20 people in the joint as we speak!!! No motivation by employees they all look frustrated and irritated probably because management sucks!!! so I don’t blame them! 10 MINUTES TO ORDER 15 minute wait for your drink!!! Seriously??? Never again! Oh! Don’t forget No damn parking anywhere here! Might as well park at your house and walk! Ok maybe I over exaggerated but it sure felt like it!

This location is good. I had the usual, berry lime sublime.

Nice place to go in a really hot day if your craving for smoothies. I was here this afternoon quick and fast service.

I love Jamba Juice. I haven’t been there in a while though. I love the smell of the place as well.

On a hot day around lunch time, this place and the parking lot are packed. It may just be me, but the drinks at this store have been done a little more consistently than my local South Pasadena store.
Otherwise, it’s just another Jamba Juice. Good staff and same stuff as always.

I love Jamba Juice overall. This one happens to be in a highly congested area so parking is TERRIBLE. I’d rather go to the location in Bell Gardens because they hook it up when you order boosts. Anyway, the music is usually way too loud but the staff overall seem happy to be there and blending…

Mango A Go-​Go is a Mango A Hell-​Yes!
Last week I ventured to my nearest Jamba Juice (or as I would like to call it, Jam J) during my break to see what the craze was. The store associate noticed I was a little perplexed on what to order so she asked me what my favourite fruit was. I quickly exclaimed mango and she recommended the Mango A Go-​Go and I agreed and added an energy boost to get me through the final 2 hours of work and my-​oh-​my did I enjoy every sip of that damn drink! I’m actually craving one right now but at $ 4 it’s a little overpriced. Maybe I can bring my own mangos and they can simply blend them for a small nominal fee?
