Art, Jose G, Melina, Scotty to hotty hahaha best G’s in town. Hands down the best Verizon store here in my neighborhood! They hooked it up to the max no lie! I thank God i came here with my boyfriend, best thinh we could of done! May God bless them always in what ever they do! I recommend this place 100% and more! Thank you Guys for real! worst verizon store ive ever been to they charged me 200 dollars for a premium package that included stuff they gave me for free i payed over three hundred dollars that and none of towards the phone i got on the edge program. i went back and got another phone for my wife and again they charged me i always had doubt why i payed so much so i contacted them and they were full of shit their district manager scott kim argued with me dont go here they will rob you blind

So it was my mistake for letting my sis go buy her phone on her own… they pretty much tricked her into believing she got a great deal. They sold her a phone which verizon doesnt even have on website for 50 bucks more then the newer model. This place is a joke do urself a favor n make sure u go to a corporate store. Always know wat u r buying n the price before stepping foot into a store if not this verizon salesmen will steal all kinds of money from u! Stay away

BEWAREOFTHISSTORE. Where to begin, let me break it down for you people Verizon has great service but this store lacks of customer service. First of all I went to this store being the closes one around my area worst decision ever. I purchased my phone with the purpose of edging up my phone, so I go in to edge up my cell phone after Vic told me they would be in on that day, so I go and ask Hermon if I could do the edge up on my cell he tells me to take a seat and wait so I do 15 to 20 min later he comes back out and tells me they don’t have any in stock and says and I quote«just go do it at another verizon store» so I walk out unhappy midway down the street Vic comes running behind me and stops me and asked me what happened I told him that Hermon said you guys where out of stock, Vic just shook his head and said we have some back there so he took care of me I did the edge up paid 200 $ down payment and walked out with my new note 4. While I was doing the edge up Hermon locked himself in the back and came out I’m pretty sure when I left. This guy is a bad staff member he always looks like he does not want to be there. If it was not for Vic I would not have my note 4 that day. So I get my next bill and wow what a surprise. The bill is pretty high. Verizon is charging me for the down payment I gave the day I edge up. So I contacted customer service and they stated that my LG g Vista was never received, pretty much the store did something with my old cell what I don’t know. I went back to the store and Vic checked it out and said yeah they are charging you the 200 $ again so he got his manager and she was saying the bill was right until she finally got it and yeah they sorted everything out. The face on the manager looked like if she got caught and she said that they would take care of it. This store really needs new management and staff members if it ain’t for a few people like Vic or Jesse that I personally talked to and helped me out, this sore would get no stars. I would not recommend going to this store.

Can’t believe this store is getting 4 star’s. …Manager didn’t want to sale me a phone, because he wanted me to upgrade. .Which mean losing my unlimited. .The phone cost 800 dollars and I ready to pay for it… Last I come here…

Good service. No waiting around noon time. Store manager showed great customer service, as well other employees that were in the store. I needed assistance with my mail-in rebate and manager was courteous and helped me with all the paperwork and data issues I was having.
