Wow! I haven’t even stepped foot into this office and I NEVER WILL! My mom tried calling several times to set an appointment and they would tell her to call back. First of all, I have worked in a doctor’s office for years and that is UNACCEPTABLE! My mom needed to have a colonoscopy done STAT due to blood in her stool and they offered to give her an appointment for December. Are these people out of their minds? If this was just a regular visit that everyone must make at 50 years old, I would understand the wait, but she had obvious signs of blood in her stool and her PCP wanted this done as soon as possible. The lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Please go elsewhere! Our healthcare is failing us.
