I asked for the first appointment of the day for my colonoscopy (yes, they said 9.00 am) — I arrived after the hideous day of prep with plenty of time to spare — hungry and cold. — by 11.30 am there were FIVE or SIX people ahead of me — one woman had been there since 7.30 am and not been seen yet.
I had to leave — my blood sugar level was out of control — I had started shaking and feeling like I would faint. BOOOOOOO — DO NOT OVER BOOK — do not promise things you cannot deliver.
WORST EXPERIENCE in a long time.

Dr. Zarimani is a horrible man. He is purposely sabotaging my life saving treatment for Hep C. They with held labs, can’t get a response from anyone in the office. He called me a drunk and liar and basically scum. I’m sick, I’m not stupid. My disease will go into Liver Cancer if not treated. There are no communications between Health Net Medical and his office. He thinks he’s punishing me by kicking me down to a PA (physician asst) I wish I never had this insurance because I would already be on the medication from the company that makes it. I can’t have it yet until the appeal is denied. First denial because they didn’t submit the proper tests. I just want them to deny my appeal so I can get the meds from the company that makes it or it will go to Liver Cancer. Not fair and no help from Doctor. Sincerely, Pamela Cobb
