Contacted them about a Suzuki SV650S that they had (found them through Craigslist) spoke to the guy on a Thursday, telling him i wanted to see the bike. Couldn’t make it out until Tuesday, but spoke with him that morning, and afternoon to make sure the SV650 was still available, which it was. So i took the hour and a half drive to see the bike. I get there and i see a ton of bikes outside, but i didn’t see the SV650 (you’d think it would be outside knowing that someone is going to come look at it) so i walk inside and there it is, tightly stored in between about 6 bikes. So the kid i was in contact with comes over, i introduce myself, he says he’ll be with me in a minute. I had to wait for him to come move the other bikes, just so i can sit on the bike. Finally i get to sit on it, and i ask him if i can take it outside for a quick spin, he refused telling me the owner wont allow test rides (isn’t the dealership the owner of all the bikes on their sales floor???) So i ask if i can at least just turn it on to hear it, and again he refused! BTW carfax said the bike was in an accident, so i believe that was why he didn’t allow me to turn it on, probably wasn’t running. Terrible customer service from this place! If someone is interested in a bike, and notified you they will be coming to look at it, have it ready for viewing! I ended up getting a CB599 on Craigslist for $ 100 cheaper, and with some goodies like a helmet, gloves lock and cover. You would’ve had yourself a sale there Walter, too bad!

AVOID bringing your PWC here for repairs expensive, misdiagnosis and take way too long. No way to water test your machine. We learned the hard way, had to wait a month fo repair, took 2 weeks for the wrong estimate for repairs. Changed their minds after first estimate, turns out their first estimate was correct. We lost over $ 700.00 bringing our machine here. Very disappointed with our outcome. Don’t go through the same as we did.
