Sprint Store

Got new phones at this location. The supervisor, Raul, helped us and spent the time reviewing all our options. He did not rush us or try to make a big sale. I felt he was very honest and gave excellent customer service!

I’m at a loss for words to describe how atrocious my experience was at the Huntington Sprint store. In fact, the only thing worse than their customer service, is their actual network’s service…
I initially decided to place my business with Sprint because the unlimited data was appealing and the price seemed reasonable compared to Verizon and AT&T. I figured, if the service was even decent, Sprint would be the right choice. So, I spoke with a sales rep. who showed me a map of where my house was and insisted that it was in the hottest of hot spots! I asked him about 4g lte, «absolutely» he said! This was perfect, everything I wanted. So I signed up, got my new phone and the sales rep. even threw in a tablet for choosing Sprint! (OK, so it was the promotion they had going on at the time and I actually had to pay, monthly, for the damned thing, but he said he was throwing it in…)

My job requires that I move around a lot, so I spent the next week driving all over the island and got to really test the capabilities of sprint’s amazing network. Well, not only was their 4g lte a myth, as in I literally didn’t get it once, but my home, the place that should have been the hottest of hot spots, gave me at best ³⁄₅ bars of service and frequently dropped calls. Just as bad, I was shocked to find out that Sprint’s network didn’t allow me to use the Internet while making a phone call. Now, I’m not really as high maintenance as this might seem, but I expect that when I make a purchase that will amount to more than $ 2,000 over the next two years, that I get what was told I was getting.
Needless to say, I took advantage of Sprint’s two week trial period by bringing the phone and tablet back the next week and even though I was completely lied to at the point of purchase, I paid the $ 70 to give my phone back and just be done with the whole circus…
Finally, I got a bill, today, showing that I still owed Sprint $ 1,488. Apparently, the gentlemen who helped me return the phones never canceled the lease and I was still being charged. After spending almost an hour with several customer service reps. we finally resolved the issue, but this was the last time I will ever shop with Sprint and I would urge you not to make my mistake.

I had gone in to this Sprint location because it is the only Corporate location around.
I was told by the sprint 800 number to bring my old phones and info into them to help.
Unfortunately there was no one there that could help at all.
the person who was trying to help me endued up asking the manager who did not know the answers, and then they thad to call the 800 number themselves.
I was there over an hour and got tired of waiting.
The sales people are uninformed about there current promotions and they do not know much about the phones either.
Overall a very poor experience in this store.
Would only go back if I had to go to a corporate owned store.

It is very clear that these are very competitive sales people that are on commission the boss is never there and frankly they are extremely aggressive if you ever need something that they don’t have will never refer you to another Sprint store as they all compete with each other. Their suggestion 2 a broken phone that I had was to open up more lines and have larger bills instead of fixing the phone which all it needed was a screen. They try to sell you on getting tablets or iPads which means that you have to get more lines and increase your bill they’re not very forthcoming and frankly it’s very poorly run. There’s an overweight guy is the size of a refrigerator who is not very nice there’s a black lady who has a problem with her jaw he’s not very nice either it is not a very friendly environment

I went in here ready to buy a flip phone, but ended up walking out with a new iPhone 6!!! At only 50 bucks a month, this has got to be the best decision I’ve made in a long time! Friendly staff, and a special mention to Ashley A. She always had a smile and great attitude, and took care of me! Very satisfied, and I will return when iPhone 7 is released!

I never get any answers here! I have been to the store three times and as soon as the employee finds out I’m not available for an upgrade they stop helping. I am just going to stop going into the stores and just call the 800 number. I am getting really tired of sprint because of the little stuff like this

So the people in the store itself are decent enough except for one particular employee that I always seem to get, as far as their polices and fixing my issue on my HTC hero… Well lets just say that it took over a week to get my VM working properly and a few arguments with CS before anything came about.
As for the store… it’s like any other, some good people there and some not so great.
