This place doesn’t deserve any stars, but that’s my only option. This business failed to meet its first appointment with me. I showed up on time and waited, but no one was there. They offered to reschedule and said they would offer an additional free service. So I took them up on it. When I went for the second scheduled appointment, the owner and person who would be administering my treatments appeared drunk. She slurred her words, repeated things oddly and asked the same questions two times. Her technique was sloppy and invasive at times, making me very uneasy. I could smell alcohol on her breath. She used drugstore products on my skin and I questioned what they were and she made it sound like they were all-natural, great products. I could see from the bottles that they were not. The massage/service lasted less than 45 minutes and she left the room no less than 3 times. I used my expired Living Social voucher that I cost me $ 79 and this is what I got. VERY unprofessional and shady.

I have not had the opportunity to even have a service at this facility yet, and I will only give them 1 star. Here’s why: I bought a Groupon for this place a while back and unfortunately, it expired a day before I called to schedule. On the company voice mail, they sounded very accommodating and gave an email address to use to schedule the Groupon service. So I sent an extensive email. Never got a response. I called and left messages twice, with no response. Finally, I contacted Groupon, wanting to get my $ back, and they suggested that I make another attempt. So I did. Finally,(5 months after my initial attempt) I get a response from who I presume is the owner. She is less than helpful, and says, «Well since the Groupon expired you can only get the face value.» Ummm, obviously, since it took 5 months to get a response! So I inquire about how I can make an appointment to use the face value and she wants me to email her the Groupons. Well, I use my smart phone for that, and tried to explain it. So she sends me a copy of my original email(5 months ago) and says that I can get the face value. Again. Finally, as I’m having trouble getting her to understand that I am aware of that fact, and I just want to schedule an appointment, I come right out and say that we are having trouble communicating and can I just schedule something? And now I get no response again. If I’m lucky, I will update again after having a massage and maybe I can give them more credit. Otherwise, I’m going back to Groupon for my money. So if you like your life stress-free, don’t waste your time here. The massage probably won’t be worth the stress of scheduling one.
