Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Honestly I normally don’t rate fast food joints but this one is really good. Has to be the best fast food burger Ive ever had. Their fries are really good too. The staff is pretty nice as well.

Not only does 5 Guys have some of the best burgers around, they also have some options for my child with a dairy/​soy allergy. The staff has zero issues catering to my son so his food isn’t contaminated. As long as they don’t change their ingredients or the staff we will continue to eat here. Also, the music rocks. We still have to toss some fries, but I love the atmosphere. Thanks 5 Guys.

The meat is really good and the toppings are always fresh. There’s not many places to truly get fresh jalapinos, but this place pulls it off.
This is the place you go when you are wanting fast-​food style burger, but better than McDonald’s. It’s not gourmet, but still great.

Fresh never frozen beef! Fries are fresh cut and fried as they’re ordered. I love the fact that they tell you where and what farm they came from. The bacon for the burgers is part of what makes this burger so amazing. It’s so crispy and tasty. The staff is great. You’re almost always greeted with a «Hello» as soon as you hit the door. Five Guys is one of the reasons that I come to Huntington.
Any chance of getting one in Barboursville? ;)

I’ve been to this particular Five Guys once before and noted then that their food and customer service are top notch. Today, I brought my mother in and let me tell you, it was the greatest experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. It started before we even started eating. Just as a little caveat, I get paid on Tuesday without fail, but I didn’t take into account the holiday yesterday and I couldn’t check my balance, so I went in thinking all was well. My card was approved for $.61. My mom tried to help, but she had the same problem.
We were going to leave, but the manager stopped us and said our meal was on the house. I was speechless. Never has something like this happened to me; it was just unreal. We thanked him profusely and got our food very quickly. Needless to say it was just as amazing as the last time I’d eaten there. The burgers that we each had were cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. As has been said in previous reviews, there are more than enough fries to go around in one order and our cashier warned us about that which I felt was very nice so we didn’t get way too much food.
Overall, the service was remarkably excellent and the food was perfect. I will definitely return and if they accept tips, you better believe they’re getting a big one.

Fantastic customer service (to the point where it’s endearing) and quality food. The people who work here really take pride in their jobs and work hard for your benefit. Enjoy!

My name is Josh and I’m a French Fry addict… This place is a place where I can get my fix and possibly OD if not paying attention. In short, you get a lot of fries. Their burgers are tasty too. Atmosphere is variable depending on when you go. The cooks kind of look like they just left the set of Breaking Bad.

A great place for a terrific hamburger and, surprisingly, a couple of excellent vegetarian selections. Word of advice — a single order of fries for a couple is more than sufficient. My wife and I placed an order for two fries on our first visit and, well, it was «Free fries for everyone!» It has installed a cool beverage dispenser that allows you to mix various Coke drinks (with lime, cherry, etc.). If you’re hungry for a hamburger or cheeseburger and you’re close to downtown, don’t agonize, hop on over to Five Guys.

I am such a fithy Five Guys fan girl and am SO HAPPY we’ve got one in Huntington! This morning I wanted nothing more than a big ol’ burger… but of course at Five Guys that means I merely got a Little Bacon Cheeseburger (because the regular burgers have TWO patties!) with all of the fixings. It was AMAZING!
I also think that as this location has been here longer the staff have really tightened up with the service. I was very impressed with the speed at which my food was prepared… it took much less time than it has in the past.
Want a tasty quick burger from a name you can trust? You can’t go wrong here!

Great burgers. Order little burger unless you are very hungry. I love the grilled onions. Quantity of fries is enormous. I usually skip the fries and just have the free peanuts.
