Heirloom is exactly what Huntington needs– natives from WV sourcing local ingredients creating global dishes! I’ve had their housemade kimchi pork barbeque on a warm homemade brioche bun– you cannot beat that! Just the attention to detail is refreshing– garnishing their crack, AKA brown butter chocolate chip cookies with WV JQ Dickinson salt compliments immensely an otherwise fantastic cookie. Friendly staff and surprisingly fast service! Love the idea behind this truck!
