The sandwiches are always good, fresh bread, excellent chips, friendly and hottie staff. My issue is they don’t deliver all over town. This is the main downfall and it sucks!

Mistakes mistakes mistakes And mistakes when correcting mistakes. Manager Bret is rude and unprofessional. Owner witnesses this behavior and doesn’t correct it. Accused my wife of trying to scam them out of a sandwich when she pointed out their mistake When I called to talk to a manger I was confronted with the same smart ass level of ignorance one would expect with incompetence being a wide spread disorder that starts at the top with the franchise owner. They said my wife changed her mind and that’s why we were getting the wrong stuff again. Judt buy your own cold cuts and prepare a sandwich you didn’t want in the privacy of your own home for the Huntington Jimmy John’s experience. When they pull the franchise from this moron and someone with basic business sense takes over I’ll give them a try again.

I was ecstatic to hear that we were getting JJs in our town since I had wonderful experiences with their service in West Lafayette. Since they’re still new, they’re not as fast as what I was used to, which was the basis of their appeal for me. However, the workers are very kind and the place is quite clean!

I have been going to this location since it opened. I used to not enjoy Jimmy Johns but now I do. The staff is friendly and helpful with their suggestions. The #10 used to be my favorite but now it is the #12. I actually haven’t had a sandwich there I didn’t like. Their potato chips are very good. I particularly enjoy their iced tea. This doesn’t sound very exciting but a good iced tea is actually hard to find.
