Quality Inn

This place is absolutely a disgrace!!! It’s dirty and the workers are extremely unqualified. The hotel rooms we had had dirty carpet, burn marks in the tub, nasty bed sheets, old gross comforters, a hole in the wall for our tissue box. The front desk person scanned our room cards wrong. Then the next morning she was in the breakfast room watching tv and didn’t even greet us. The breakfast was nasty!!! Then next shift woman came in with jogging clothes on and a pony tail in her hair. We left a blanket in our room and the person that cleaned our room obviously stole it because they couldn’t find it. DO NOT STAY Here we warn you.

Unbelievable! I have never been so disgusted by a hotel room in my life — so much so I took pictures to help others believe my experience. Even though I was extremely tired while checking-​in at 2:30am, I couldn’t leave the property quick enough to find another place to stay. I complained to the night-​time desk clerk (also housekeeper) but I think she may have been to blame. I asked that she have a manager or property owner call me (these properties are individually owned) but I never heard back. The bed linens were clearly not changed; just straightened. Upon pulling back the covers, I saw a bed full of hair, flakes of skin and food and bugs that were moving around. UNBELIEVABLE! It is now 4 weeks later and I still find myself thinking and talking to others about the stomach turning experience.

Hotel is old and run down. Room was not very clean. Food under chair, sticky, very disgusting. The Hallway looks like it has never been vacuumed. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

This hotel is really not too bad. I arrived late, and the front desk was actually figuring out how to give me a room since it was a corporate booking on a corporate card. They finally figured it out.
The room was clean, the tub/​shower was adequate. Interesting valve for water though, took a minute to figure it out. Wireless internet worked on the first try. Satellite television also worked.
Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or got tub since I was so late.
Breakfast was good, and the choices were well rounded from eggs and sausage to bagels and cream cheese.
For a road warrior on the road every night this hotel fit the bill!

This hotel is older and the swimming pool was nice, but the room was old and run down. The paint on the wall was chipped and the bed was a little hard. The dish did not work for a while. It was hard to get a hold of employees because they were short staffed and the Internet/​wifi in the hotel did not work. It was expensive for the quality.
