If you’re looking for eclectic home items, Sedoni Gallery is your spot in Huntington Village. My wife and I walk into the store after seeing a beautiful furniture piece in the window. Once inside, not only is there furniture but unique items that’s not being sold in the mall. The gift cards section is what really set the store apart, thoughtful and elegant cards that I haven’t seen in my travels. I do have to admit there was a desk made from an airplane wing, I saw the same wing on the east end at another gallery. What sets Sedoni Gallery at a different level are their items for interior design. If your looking for items to make a space more interesting, I’m not talking about duck bookends(They may have Duck bookends) they’re able to have their artists create a custom furniture if your heart desires. *Custom anything means $$ I remember walking into a CEOs office a few years back and he had a gavel on his beautiful wooden desk. Both the desk and the gavel would be something Sedoni Gallery would sell in their Huntington location. If your looking for a piece of furniture that stands out, browse thru Sedoni Gallery.

This is truly one of the most unique stores in Huntington. Whenever I’m in need of finding a present for friends and family members, I go straight there. The only problem I ever have is trying to decide between all of the awesome different things. Although my loved ones have such different personalities, I can always find things that seem like they were especially made for that person. Of course, as almost all stores in Huntington village, it isn’t cheap, but every dime I’ve spent there has been worth it. And everyone that I’ve ever dealt with there has always been incredibly helpful. It’s definitely my favorite place to shop in Huntington.

I know some people have had some issues with returning items, so I can’t speak on those terms, but my own experience was wonderful! I think their art pieces and unique home items are absolutely precious! The owners were especially nice even though my sister and I looked completely young and were probably not going to buy anything. They have some great blow-glass, some handcrafted clocks and other house items. They have some funny cards, artist pillows and even some handmade jewellry. Note: Prices of items were definitely on the higher side and some things would even be characterized as overpriced. That being said, I guess the store needs to make money being a gallery/boutique store. If you are ever out for a stroll in town, stop in and enjoy this adorable gallery!

This store is a stunner: huge and filled with art fair items everywhere you glance. From stationary to furniture, lighting to jewelry, and everything between: it’s a gorgeous place to browse for a unique and/or one-of-a-kind item for yourself or a gift for a friend. I did find it surprising, however, that the checkout process was so unprofessional. My bill was figured by hand using a carbon receipt pad and a calculator. The item I was purchasing had a small imperfection that the saleswoman dismissed as being«fine»(I was able to fix it at home; they only had one). Since the item I was buying was a gift(I was also buying a card), I expected to be offered gift-wrapping. Instead, I was asked if I needed a bag for my purchase. When I requested some sort of wrap, the items were tossed into a shopping bag with a piece of tissue paper shoved on top like garbage. I should mention that I was the only customer in the store at the time. Not sure what’s going on here; go for the stock, not the service.

I love this store! In a marketplace filled with ‘the same thing everywhere’, Sedoni shines like a beacon. The store is gorgeous and the staff is lovely. I have shopped here for years and always find something special! Definitely worth a trip!

This is an old story, but one that I think should be told. No question they have beautiful things but sadly the people who manage the store are not so nice. The last time I was there my wife bought a little piece of jewelery. Unfortunately it broke a short time later. My wife returned to the store and was discussing the problem with a saleswoman when another woman(who claimed to be the owner) came over and said that the jewelery in question was not purchased there. Hostile and nasty she was calling my wife a liar. The next day my wife again returned to the store — this time with the receipt. Still a hostile reception and no apology but they did take the piece back to be «repaired in California». We heard nothing for months. When my wife finally called she was told that the piece was ready to be picked up. It was ready to be picked up but it was still broken.(Of course I can’t be sure, but I’d bet it never left the shop.) A local jeweler later repaired the piece for a minimal fee. As I said, this is an old story. But, we have not returned to the store and neither should you.
