This store is exactly what you’d expect to find in the beautiful Huntington Village. Marcia, the store manager is one of the nicest in the world. So personable, professional, and extremely knowledgable.
We’ve been in a few times to purchase and once with a challenge. She fixed the challenge immediately and with a smile.
We’ll never go anywhere else!!!

Marcia, the manager, is super helpful and wonderful! We went to Sears a few weeks ago and the people there were weird and had no idea what they were talking about. Marcia, in contrast, was so knowledgeable about the mattresses in her store. She asked questions about our aches and pains and how we preferred to sleep (in other words, are we side, back, or stomach sleepers?) and helped us find a mattress that was within our budget, super comfortable and a great match for our sleeping preferences. If you are looking for a great quality mattress that will last a long time, go to Sleepys. They have great customer service and know what they are doing!

My girlfriend and I are moving cross country and Alex (in my opinion the best person working in any sleepys location) made purchasing and shpping my new bed a painless and enjoyable experience i wish there was an Alex everywhere i shop!!!

My boyfriend and I are moving into our first apartment and we needed a new mattress. Upon entering the store, Marcia greeted us with the nicest hello and within minutes was already our best friend-​giving us tips and facts about mattresses we never knew or would even have thought of! We were between these two different mattresses (with quite the price difference) & there was never any pressure from her toward the more expensive… she was really trying to get us the bed we would love for years to come. She even found us this great package that included the best mattress pad and wonderful sheets and these amazing pillows! Marcia thank you for being totally helpful, honest and great at what you do! We are so looking forward to getting into bed after a long day’s work!

Fred Hall at the Sleepy’s store in Huntington Village is an extraordinary gentleman. I’ve never written a review for anything, but this guy was so patient and helpful that I felt it my duty to the next mattress shopper. I went in to exchange a mattress that I had bought a few weeks prior. I was outside of the exchange period, but Fred advocated with Sleepy’s corporate on my behalf and the exchange was approved. Not only that, he got me half off the delivery fee. And all of this when Fred was not even entitled to the commission — the person who sold me the original mattress was! If you’re shopping for a new mattress, see Fred; he’ll give you a square deal and a stress-​free shopping experience. Thank you, Fred!!!
