I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Stay away.

This is our new (wife and me) Chinese food place. We do carry out, or delivery from this place often. The vegies are fresh and tender. The beef tastes like beef. And there’s a lot of if.
The only down side is that the portons are Small. Not enough for multiple leftovers.

We chose to eat at Asian Express because it seemed the be the healthiest of choices in their food court. Food is made to order, it is not typical fast food. I had high expectations because of this… and sadly… the experience was a toilet flush.
I ordered chicken with broccoli, rice and a bottle of water for my son and I. Our order was really broccoli with chicken bits. Seriously, there could not have been more than 1 ounce of chicken finely chopped in there with 6 broccoli florets. Food was extremely bland. The portion was so tiny, that I ended up giving the whole plate to my son, as I wanted to feed him first. Normally, my son and I can never finish whatever we share. He was still starving, so I ordered him some more food. He asked for a fruit smoothie, and I ordered their steamed dumplings as well. He ate all 6 of the minuscule things. I was floored. He’s 2 years old! He’s extremely tall for his age, but skinny like a bean pole. Our total bill was $ 19 frigging dollars! The fact that it was in a food court, the food wasn’t all that, and that it cost so much to fill a 2 year old’s stomach is a travesty. Never again. The drive was an hour long to get back home… and we had to stop at McDonald’s on the way home because I needed something quick, and he was hungry again!
