William was such a pleasure to work with during the loss of my father. He explained things in detail and was very patient. The funeral home is fairly new, decorated nicely and easy to find. I would highly recommend this funeral home as they are very professional and everything was flawless.

They were amazing. They helped make a very difficult time a little easier. I love that they have a little playroom. My kids enjoyed it and it helped keep them occupied. Everything we requested was done to the T. Very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.

Carol Lynn DeFiore, funeral director, is all smiles to the family members of the deceased, but she is insensitive and disingenuous to the grieving friends and relatives. What’s the point of the Unilocal reviews if people are not free to speak the truth? I’ve been to two funerals and DeFiore Jorgensen, and both times Bill was kind and gracious while Carol was unpleasant and even rude.

People seem nice. Clean newer place. Odd location. Still nice place off street parking and what you’d expect from a funeral home. Respectively decorated.

My grandmother passed away last week and my mom and her siblings found DeFiore Jorgensen to handle the wake and funeral. Carol is beyond wonderful at handling everything. The funeral home is beautiful and updated. They handled every detail down to the last perfectly so my family did not have to worry about one thing. And they were just incredible kind and respectful at such a difficult time in our lives. I would absolutely recommend this funeral home/​services.

Facility is warm and inviting. Bill is very friendly and informative. They will take care of ALL details. Prearrangement process was very easy, and Bill answered all of our questions. It’s a great feeling and assurance to know Bill will take care of every details when that time comes. I would highly recommend DeFiore-​Jorgensen and Bill.
