!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Very deceptive and dishonest. They cold called us to set an appointment (1^st lesson do not take cold calls). They came out, inspected our roof (we told them of the areas that leak), and gave their «expert» opinion for an initial charge and annual maintenance (bi-​annual visit). $ 1,000 for the annual agreement and $ 1,790 for the initial roof repair (done in ¹²⁄₂₀₁₅). Their initial «repair» did not fix our leaks. They came out a 2^nd time to fix — leaks became worse. They came a 3^rd time and sent a bill for $ 575. WHAT? They were supposed to inform us ahead of repairs that would require additional cost. In January we told them we want our money back since they did not repair the leaks nor utilize the annual agreement visits since we just gave them our trust & money one month earlier. They avoided our requests until middle of February, still not addressing our dissatisfaction. A sales person wanted to return just a $ 1,000, but we told them we are not happy with that and that we would like to speak with the owner. He did not call us — we just got a check for $ 500 without our approval. So they pocketed $ 2,290 on a repair (the one they initially did in ¹²⁄₂₀₁₅) & supposed repairs twice after that would not cost more than $ 300 on labor & material. We checked the roof after their supposed repairs & did not notice anything different from prior (we have pictures taken) except for putting some coating in a small area of about 50 sq. ft (our roof is a flat industrial roof of 10,000 sq. ft)

They call my cell phone daily with recorded spam. I have never done business with them. Yes, I am on the DoNotCall list, yet these unscrupulous people care not. I could never trust this company!

Deceptive business practices. Free estimate invoice close to $ 500.00. Continuous calls with inflexibility to listen to my side. Forged siggy on estimate form. Stay far away.
