I usually get a subway once a week for lunch. I stopped at this locations at different times of the day and it really depends on who you get when it comes to customer service. Sometimes they are just in the back playing on their phones or gossiping. Other times i’ve gone there and it’s been very good. The highlight around this location is that I can understand what they are saying when they talk. A lot of other subways it’s difficult to have a conversation with the person taking my order.

I’m going to start this by saying that we have gotten sandwiches here in the past, and with each visit, it’s gone downhill(I think there have been changes in owners over time). Tonight we ran to grab a couple movies from the Redbox at the Jewel in the same shopping center as Subway. Since the kids are always begging for Subway, we threw them a bone and picked up subs to bring home and eat. We had brought our cat along for a car ride, so I stayed in the car while my husband and 2 kids went in to order. I jotted what I wanted down on a piece of paper for my husband to order from. We got home and I unwrapped my daughter’s and my own sandwiches and immediately noticed the bread. STALE … I mean crumbly, hard, dry, flaky bread. I also noticed how FLAT the sandwiches were, especially mine. Subs generally have that«round» look about them. Not this. I’ve had burgers with more lettuce on it than this FOOTLONG sub. I couldn’t believe it!!! And then — as I’m trying to enjoy my skimpy sandwich on stale bread, I realize the ONE ingredient I love the most is NOT there — the banana peppers!!! And it’s not like mine was the only sandwich we wanted them on – both my husband & my son had them on theirs. Extremely disgusted & very much annoyed. I stopped halfway thru my sandwich to go sit down at the computer and fire off a complaint to Subway Corporate. — 3÷9÷13: I am editing this to add that I heard back from someone from the Huntley store after my 2nd correspondence to Subway Corporate. Apparently, the store did attempt to respond previously, but they did not type in my email address properly. That being said, they did forward the original response they sent to the wrong email address. In which the gave an apology, and then went on to say either the peppers were on the sandwich(yes, I’m extremely stupid and don’t know what a banana pepper LOOKS or TASTES like) or that my husband forgot to order it on my sandwich(even though 2 of the other 3 sandwiches also were ordered with banana peppers and had them on the sandwich). They also said they can assure me that they bake their bread twice a day. So, apparently I lied and/or imaged the HARD and CRUMBLY bread our sandwiches were made on. I have never been so irritated with a response from a company EVER. Really? Blame me or my husband? How about just apologizing and leaving it at that? Instead of making excuses and trying to pass the buck off on someone else(your customer at that!!!). All that being said — I WILLNEVER, EVER, EVERGIVEANOTHERPENNYOFMYMONEYTOTHISSTORE.
