I’ve never had a bad experience at a Jimmy John’s before which urged me to review this specific location. I came in with my boyfriend around 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Sandwich-wise they’re up-to-par but the crew were very inattentive and rude. The music is way too loud that when you’re asked for your order you have to repeat it at least 2 times, and even then when you ask for no-tomatoes there will be tomatoes. I asked for hot peppers on the side and they told me «we can’t do that» which would’ve been okay if any other Jimmy John’s i’ve been to «can’t do that» either. The guy made both of us feel dumb using their POS system and was very impatient about guiding us through paying for our meal. They didn’t give us napkins and as i was looking around there aren’t napkins available so i approached the front to get some and i had to stand there for a good while before they even noticed and when i asked the guy just told me «they’re right here» pointing behind the counter like i’m supposed to reach-in to grab them behind the counter instead of politely saying«here you go.» As we ate our meal we could hear a lot of clanking and banging from the back and that’s when we decided it was time to go. They did bid us «have a nice day» before we left but by that time we already had a bad experience and we spent our whole stay ranting to each other how terrible the customer service was.

Though maybe this location would deliver. Tried to place an order. Was told I’m too far. This was fine but I made a simple comment about being shocked that they didn’t deliver because the address was so close. The associate snapped back aggressively and said that if I have a problem with their delivery radius I can call corporate. The attitude was out of nowhere and pretty ridiculous. This location is out of the way for most people… I’d suggest the workers be a little friendlier to any potential customers.

sandwiches good, but I get it that i’m not welcome to stay and eat — at least that’s the impression i got !! The music was SOOOO loud the clerk had trouble hearing our order and i couldnt hear myself even think about what i wanted to order !! Guess i’ll just go to drive thru from now on !!

They just raised prices in 8″ from 4.99 to 5.69 highest in area all others are 4.99 or less. I’ll go back to Subway at ½ the price. Or drive to jersey kids and get a bigger better sandwich for just a little more. I hate when a place opens up and the franchise owner gets too greedy. Sorry Huntley shop but I will never go there again Also had bad sandwiches several times. They make a tuna and never change gloves and your regular sub tastes like fish. I ask to have them change gloves and they do but give you a dirty look. It is a shame that a good place goes downhill in less than a year. This is the Huntley store on rt 47 D

Waaaaaa!!! What’s up with all these people crying about delivery? Sorry you don’t live close enough, get over it. The model of JimmyJohns is «freaky fast delivery». If they delivered any more than a few miles it would not be freaky fast would it? I order from these guys a few times a month. The order is to my home within 15 mins of calling them. I live less than five miles away so it IS freaky fast. It is also good! For a chain restaurant it is damn good! Keep in mind this is fast food, don’t expect deli quality but for what it is it is 5 stars.

Welcome to Huntley… Not! They won’t deliver to Northbridge, why bother offering delivery service. Guarantee they deliver to Centegrahealthbridge and wait for the hospital to come. There not going to pass up that business. Northbridge is closer, please don’t abandon your residential customers. Anyone getting the same BS please share your frustration.

Its too bad because technically i didnt eat the food but i called to order when i had a friend over and our 2 toddlers who were hungry yesterday and getting crabby by the second. I live 2.5 miles from this location and they told me i was in the outskirts of their delivery range. Really? if you cant deliver within 3 miles, why bothering at all. He said it was their policy. As far as im concerned, thats not customer service. You advertise your delivery more than anything. and now i cant even get that. People should know before they waste their time
