Dunkin’ Donuts

Been there a few times… And it’s just about what you would expect from s fast food style establishment.

Every time I stop, whether inside or through the drive-​up, the employees are professional and friendly, always smiling. That’s a nice way to start the day. My favorite thing to get is their Coffee Cake muffins with coffee or a large Cappuccino Blast. And I love that my AARP Card is taken there for my Senior Discount! My only complaint is that your blasts are really too expensive, so I can’t get them often. That’s probably a good thing since they’re so many calories!

I went through the drive thru a few times and sometimes the cashier (a guy) was super friendly. However, sometimes the cashier (a girl) said nothing. Just wanted my money, took it, gave me my coffee. No smile or «have a nice day» or anything.
It’s easy to get to and it’s Dunkin Donuts so I wasn’t expecting anything crazy. But some better customer service would be great!

They always are quick, nice staff overall, owner is great. The one time we had an issue the manager quickly resolved it. Sorry to the worker that my husband chucked a donut hole at in the drive thru, can’t say you didn’t deserve it though, lol.

This place is absolutely filthy! They got one star because I couldn’t leave it blank…

Yikes! Rags on the floor, popped balloons, dirty tables, and no napkins! That’s just the start… The staff greeted me pleasantly, but that was the end of pleasantries. The gentleman who assisted me was taking to another staff member while I ordered, while making my dessert, and before he rang me up … All about separate issues … «Do you need to count your drawer, blah blah blah, complaining about something while making my dessert. The whole thing made me uncomfortable and the place was unkempt. Instead of employees standing around chatting, and staring at their phones, maybe they could … Gee, I don’t know, work!!! And clean up the customer area?! And dude, your a cute kid, but seriously, pull up your pants and clean up your speech. This isn’t south side Chicago!

Every time I’ve been to this location, I’ve received extremely fast, polite service. I always get flatbread sandwiches, which often take a long time to get heated, but somehow this place is always right on top of it. The drive-​thru line moves quickly, even in the busy morning (more than I can say for nearby locations which leave me screaming obscenities and punching my steering wheel while I become later & later for work). They also put tons of sugar in their iced coffees, which I love! Straw full o’ coffee-​flavored sugar!
Anyway, I really like this location, and I’m a total psycho in the morning before my coffee… so this really means something.
