Starbucks

I’ve only driven thru this Starbucks a few times, but every time I do, I park in the drive thru lane. Maybe an unfortunate (for me) coincidence, but I’m starting to doubt it.

This Starbucks is always clean and looks nice. I’ve used both the drive-​through and gone into the store and had good experiences with both. I like going inside because it is nice to sit down and relax in their seating. There is always seats available here to work or relax. The staff is friendly and seems to know their regular customers.

The baristas at the Huntley Starbucks are the best in the biz. Friendly, over the top customer service, cheery, and more. They remember your name, engage you in conversation. Great experience in the drive thru and in store. Doesn’t matter if it’s 5:30a or 9:00p. Always a great experience. You can tell these people are being lead well!

Since my order is complicated, unsweetened green tea frappuccino with coconut milk and no whip cream, she repeated the order back to me to assure I would be a satisfied customer.
When the two other beverages were ordered, she made a funny remark, «are these just going to be as is or would like to mix it up?»
There were two cars ahead of us in the drive thru, but it look just seconds for us to pull up to the window. Quickly after we paid our drinks, were safely in our hands.
When I first saw the drinks I thought they were beautifully handcrafted. Then we drank them and… DAMN. Perfect consistency and flavour. Not to mention the sizes we ordered were filled to their respectable heights. The staff member even wiped off the little dribble on the side of my drink so my hand would not get sticky.
¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend a Starbucks lover to stop by this one!

Holy crap. This Starbucks is crazy efficient. I’ve been in the drive thru and goonies the store and I’m never there for longer than 5 minutes. The first time, I went in for a frappuccino (which is something I never get, but they had some sort of deal). I ordered, checked a text on my phone, then it was done. And that’s it. Seriously in a minute it was ready.
The interior is really nice, tons of tables and chairs for people to work.
They baristas are really friendly. I will continue to return to this Starbucks.

Let me tell you story of people’s kindness. Yesterday I was driving back from Wisconsin spa gateway with my friend. We stopped at Starbucks Rt 47 & Kreutzer at 12 210 Princeton Dr, Huntley IL 60 142. I guess I had a lot on my mind. I end up living my whole wristlets wallet at that Starbucks. I didn’t realize it till next morning. I called that Starbucks location explaining what happened and asking about my wallet. They had it!!! I drove to Huntley to get my wallet. I want to say thank you to all staff for their professionalism and kindness. You made a difference in my life. Not only you make the most delicious Starbucks coffee I had, you are all also very nice, smiling and kind.
I also called Starbucks corporate office to let them know about incredible employees they have.

Even the one time they did mess up my order they always make it right with another free drink.

Seriously the nicest people I have ever come on contact with. Just did the drive thru but the sweet lady was so pleasant it put me in a better mood! Take this cynical Chicagoans word for it and grab a coffee.

Items on menu unavailable ordered mango smoothy was told they didn’t have it. Was given two alternative flavors of strawberry and chocolate which was not on the menu. Selected strawberry and was given strawberry banana. Service was very unorganized. The outside patio which would be wonderful on a sunny day was not set up at 10:00 chairs an tables just all pushed together. Very disappointed In the management here

newer starbucks on rte 47 very good service and coffee still as god as the rest of the chain

Love having this place in Huntley so I don’t have to go to Randall Rd. The staff is great and always so welcoming. Lots of seating, decent parking and there is a drive thru which moves along well.
