I brought in my laptop which was suffering from three issues: Not charging despite new battery, a loose hinge, and a windows not genuine virus (which despite my best efforts I couldn’t remedy).
Pedro was very knowledgeable, and fixed every issue I’d asked. The repairs took awhile, but due to the wait in ordering a replacement part, not their work. Slightly on the expensive side, but certainly preferable to buying a new laptop or receiving cheaper but less professional work. Would certainly recommend.
