Called Locktec when a friend locked keys in her car. The guys were very nice and were there really fast. Found out that they do security systems and they sell safes too. Definitely would use them again! Going to contact them about cameras for my business.

Can I give this business zero stars? Pathetic. My brother and I called b/c this locksmith was the closest to us. The old guy Glenn said he was on his way. 45 minutes later we called wondering where he was and the lady that answered the phone said that Glenn was headed to a doctor’s appointment first then headed our way. I hope Glenn is OK, but I sure wish he would have told us this instead of saying he was on his way. Really bad customer service!

I can’t recommend this place. AT ALL! I’ve been there three times and the silver-haired, bespectacled guy manning the counter is CLUELESS. Fortunately other employees have bailed him out and I’ve EVENTUALLY, gotten what I needed. This guy, who MAY be the owner, simply doesn’t know where certain keys are, how to look stuff up in the book, tricks to copying keys, what he has in stock, nothing. This business needs someone who knows what they are doing to deal with customers who come through the door, not a beginner or clueless owner. I’m not going back. Home Depot with their laser-guided cutter does a better and faster job cutting duplicate keys than this firm.
