Actually, this should be rated a minus 10. The owner (?) Was very unkempt wearing torn sweats with a hole in them so her undies showed as well as a beany. After seeing the filth in this place i.e. dirty pans stacked up, dried batter on the sticky floor and yes, a herd of ants crawling around on a work station, I couldn’t wait to leave. It was absolutely the most disgusting «bakery» I have ever seen.
This place needs to be shut down by the health department, and pray nobody becomes ill from the lack of cleanliness. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing. I paid over $ 80 for s special gluten free cake for my sons 15^th birthday party. It was so terrible, he was very sad. First it looked as if it had been decorated by a child — not a professional cake maker. When we cut it up and served it at the party — no body would eat it. It was mostly frosting — the cake was dry and crumbly and there wasn’t much cake, and the butter cream frosting was terrible. It tasted greasy and nasty. I had asked her for a cake for 20 people– This cake was huge — enough for 40 or more slices. We ended up throwing it out — it was so disappointing. I would have gone back and asked for a refund — but when we arrived to pick up he cake, the owner was shouting at us angrily about how to carry the cake — that it was not only unprofessional but also frightening. I didn’t feel safe returning to her location or even calling her.
