I stopped at this FedEx when the other store couldn’t help me. The gentleman at this location was very helpful and took care of my requirements with no problem. Before go to the other at FedEx at 4711 University, come to this place.

Being able to upload my documents online and just show up to pick them up is awesome. But it’s not as awesome as how helpful the staff here is. I submitted an order last night that said it would be ready tomorrow… but I really need it today. So I called them up to ask if they could expidited it. What was their answer? «Not a problem.» That’s ALWAYS their answer, and they’ve always gone above and beyond to help me get the job done. They’re the only place I even consider for printing anymore.

Staff here is VERY helpful. Products and prices are all pretty standard. I came in to make business cards cheap, and rather than steering me towards the expensive stuff the staff told me the best way to do it, what program worked best, etc. Very helpful, what separates them from the others.

Could have been better staffed between 5−8pm. Seems all of the help left at 1500. When I got here, the clerk was simultaneously helping me and another customer with two other customers waiting for service.
The fedex carrier was picking up the boxes and graciously waited a good 30 minutes for the clerk to finish up my 2 boxes.
I’ve had better service in other Fed Ex stores.
My suggestion is to go to this store earlier than 5pm.
