One of worse experience in my life. Me and family was seated. Well three other groups where seated after us. The waitress seem to know these groups guessing they are regulars at the restaurant. She go out of her way to take all of their before coming back to our table to get our drink order. When she finally bring us our drink after being there for 45 minutes. I politely ask if she could get us some chips and salsa. She yelled at us «I’ll be with y’all when I get there»! At this point we got up and left we will never go back

So, it was lunchtime and a Friday. The three amigos were hungry and had Mexican food on our minds. First place, crowded. Second choice, too far away. Hey, what about that little place way out there? You know, the one out as you’re leaving town. Yeah, let’s try it … So, we went. This is a family-owned location being held together remarkably well. Yes, as some have mentioned, it is a hole-in-the-wall, but sometimes, you find gems-in-the-rough. This was one of those times. While I wasn’t a big fan of the chips, we still managed to wolf down several baskets along with a pretty good queso with beef. The red salsa was also really good – thick and very good flavor. I opted for a trio of enchiladas(beef, chicken, cheese). If I had to do it all again, I would just get three of the chicken enchiladas. The one with beef was flavorless and the cheese … well, it was cheese. Nothing remarkable. The enchilada sauce was rich and tasty. Rice was good, and beans(I don’t care for refried beans so I always get charro) had pieces of pork and jalapeño. In fact, the beans were almost too spicy, but you’ll be pleased. Service was friendly and prompt and the one waitress(a family-member) seemed to be covering the entire restaurant. Wasn’t sure how she did it, but she was amazing. Probably not the best Tex-Mexican food, but the sum was greater than the parts. I will be back!

Gave them 4 stars bc of the Great service. Food was average but we are used to really good tex mex in our area. Don’t sit by the ice maker if u want to have a conversation. This place is a hole in the wall. It’s in a mobile home but don’t let that keep u away. The people were very friendly.

Before today, I’ve never been to Fiesta Taqueria. Now that I’ve been, I may never go anywhere else! My husband and I were hungry and not wanting to cook and do dishes on this dreary Monday night. I was hungry for Mexican but wanted to go somewhere that wasn’t El Chico or Mama Juanita’s. Somehow Fiesta Taqueria popped into my head. A quick Unilocal search later to see the multitude of 4– and 5-star ratings and we were decided. Do not expect fancy. Do not expect a fine dining experience or cloth napkins or a uniformed wait staff. DO expect great food, speedy service, and a full belly! We were promptly greeted, seated, and had our drinks within minutes. The menu is expansive and slightly overwhelming, but we managed to decide: the Brad’s Special for me(some nachos, a small quesadilla, and an enchilada), and the chimichanga for my husband. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes, just enough time to completely pig out on the free-flowing basket of chips and salsa. The food, oh, the food! Rarely do my husband and I both eat our entire meal without taking something home. Not only were our plates completely clean, there was hardly a trace of any evidence whatsoever! The portion sizes were a great value: not too big and not too small. We paid about $ 25 even after the tip, but both felt very full. We even sprung for sopapillas. Don’t skip the sopapillas! I highly recommend Fiesta Taqueria when you’re needing some Mexican food in Huntsville! My husband and I will be back!

Just ate at Fiesta Taqueria. Had chicken fajita with avocado and Monterey Jack cheese. It was excellent. Rice and beans on the side. Best Spanish rice ever. Quick friendly service and great food. We will go back for sure.

After seeing good things on Unilocal,I decided I needed to try this hole in the wall, and I am so glad I did! I’m one who worries about safety when eating alone in presumably the middle of nowhere, but don’t let the location discourage you! I went by myself during lunch with a book in hand and it was great. The woman they had greeting and waiting tables was very sweet and welcoming. Her service was excellent as well, even at the busiest point I was there she had it all handled with ease. Now to the food. Ya’ll I have the deepest love for cheese enchiladas and I can honestly say these were some of the best that I have had in a long time! Everyone ordering around me also had clear favorites and most didn’t even need to look at the menu. Needless to say, I am very excited to go back and try other dishes! I also see they offer byob which is crazy awesome! It’s definitely worth the trip CHEERS!

A place that has been open for about 20 years, I have been going here since I was a little girl. This is THEBEST Mexican food you will ever have. I’m kind of glad not a lot of people know about it because there is never a wait. If you want authentic Mexican food like tamales, pica dillo, AMAZING salsa, and much more to choose from, this is the place to go. They are really good too about creating your own dish if you don’t see it on the menu.

Yum. Yum. Best Tex-Mex I have had in awhile anywhere. Simple, fresh and tasty! Excellent cheese enchiladas and homemade tamales. This place is worth the trip. Do not expect anything fancy just good food! I’ll be back every time I am in the Huntsville area and taking home a dozen tamales.

Best Tex-Mex food in Huntsville. Well worth the drive since it is off the beaten path. Cheese enchiladas are my personal favorite but I haven’t ever had a bad meal here. Since its a small mom and pop place, I would call ahead if you are driving any distance, just to ensure they really are open.

Hidden wonder of Huntsville — cheap, good Tex-Mex that isn’t as crowded as others. Definitely check it out if you get a chance. Worth the drive from town center.

A favorite place for inexpensive Mexican food, take out or sit down. Order a dozen tamales to take home on a Friday evening! No alcohol is served but you can bring your own — a six pack of Shiner Bock or Corona goes great with the tamales if you decide to eat in the restaurant.
