The service lacks at this location and is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes you get your food quickly and other times you are waiting an eternity. I went late one night(morning, technically) and they said they were out of beans. I just about lost it when the lady said that because that would be like Burger King saying they ran out of burgers. When I got to the window I jokingly asked how they could run out of beans and she revealed that they weren’t actually out of beans and rather that it was because I had showed up 10 minutes before they were closing. Had they been honest with me from the start I would have understood but originally they had lied to me.

After waiting about 5 minutes to order despite only 2 people/groups being a head of me I thought things were picking up. Then they called order 110. I looked at my receipt, 111. So I waited. The lady looked at me and asked if I was 110. I said I wasn’t. She said, did you order the Beefy 5 layer burrito and spicy chicken grill-er. I said I did not. So she asks what I ordered. I told her. She looks back at the computer screen and decides that the bag that has been in her hand the whole time we have been having this back and forth is mine. Deciding I rather have this mystery meal than continue to wait, I take the bag. I get back to my office and find out that it’s exactly what I ordered, and not what she thought was in the bag. Scary thing is I saw her make it. The lesson to be learned here is that the food will be right, but the service is a little sub par. I’ll still come back since there are not that many other places for me to get lunch for under $ 4.

I used to work at this restaurant. The management was terrible & the food was even worse. It always smelled like something had died in the kitchen & the back room was always a mess. The store manager Edward would go out into the lobby & sit with his daughter & wife during the lunch rush or stand around for half an hour talking to his family on the phone while the rest of us were working. If any employee was talking to a friend or family member, even on break, he would come over & stand just over the employee’s shoulder to eavesdrop. He played favorites way too much & complained if someone didn’t go to church. If you’re going in to look for a job or to buy food, I suggest walking right back out the door
