Whether you are new to Catherine Shearer’s culinary delights or if you’ve been tasting her treats since she was in the truck outside Lowe Mill, you’ll want to visit her newest eatery, Garden of Eat’n, located inside of Huntsville Botanical Garden. If you are a Happy Tummy fan, you will find many familiar treats ready to be eaten in the restaurant, on the deck, or taken into the garden for a picnic! The Garden of Eat’n Menu Catherine gives delicious eating an eclectic twist with delights like the Sass Ya Back(turkey, spicy strawberry cream cheese, spinach, and onion on marble rye), Squeal Like a Pig(chipotle pork, bacon, ham, and mayo on bacon Fred Bread), and her famous Craisy Chicken salad. Want a salad? She can do that. Want gluten free bread? She can do that too. And, what makes this all even better are the prices. The sandwiches above are $ 5, $ 7.50, and $ 5, respectively. You can explore all of her culinary creativity on the menu. I love eating Catherine’s creations because they are filling, delicious, and unique. The Kid’s Menu If you have your littles with you, she has smaller portion meals like my son’s favorite, the Gorilla Cheese or the PB&J that you can grab with chips or another side for just $ 3. In other words, didn’t have time to pack a picnic lunch for the garden? NOPROBLEM. My littles love Catherine’s grub as much as I do, and they are always delighted to get to pick out their side and enjoy the yumminess.
