My daughter and I recently moved from out of state. The day before my wedding, we both went to have pedicures and a gel polish manicure for myself, pink and white fill in for my daughter. I have a acrylic on my two big toes and the man doing my pedicure did a botch job, leaving a very noticeable crack /jagged area on the corner of the acrylic. He did not attempt to fix it until I simply couldn’t stand it. I asked to please repair and fill in the acrylic and then the owner(I assume she was the owner) came and eventually repaired the damaged acrylic, but not without cutting the skin of my toe with the electric file. She then performed the gel polish manicure but it was nothing like I’ve been used to getting in the past. She didn’t let the gel«cure» long enough in my opinion. Needless to say, the Polish began peeling off the next day, which was my wedding day. Hands down the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I paid $ 30 for gel polish because it’s supposed to be long lasting. It didn’t last a week. My daughter, asking for pink and whites, which they advertise, had them done incorrectly, and they not only looked like a 10year old did them, but two of the nails broke in a matter of days. The salon owner did repair hers for her and told my daughter she didn’t know why the nail tech had done them the way he did. So, even though the salon was clean and very attractive inside, the actual services performed were subpar. I’ve had my nails done for many years and this was hands down the worst experience ever.

Went in w/friend for pedicure & the lady scrubbed his feet so hard w/the pumice stone they bleed! You can see in his toes where she dug in too hard and they have blood! Never again! Should have left when we had to wait for 15 min.
