I have been a customer since 1994, and have always received excellent service. Entire staff has always been courteous, and they are extremely knowledgeable on all the Mac/Apple products. I call, and I get a «person» answering the phone! No A.I. asking for your Serial Number, and your money BEFORE even speaking to a living, breathing tech! The Apple Store @ Bridge Street offers very quick«sales service» when you walk in, sort of like ants on honey, but their«after the sale» leaves much to be desired. With MacRescouce, you get a salesperson that is focused on helping you, without the«rush» to get to the next sale. In dealing with a the Apple Store, and with MacResource, MacResource’s after sale tech support is 200% superior to the Apple Store. Same great products, great assistance, knowledgeable staff, and awesome tech support. I would choose MacResource over Apple Store every time.

I brought my macbook pro in because it would not turn on nor charge. After trying to reset the SCM and everything else that google and the apple site tells you to do on the forums the guy told me that they would need to charge me $ 120 just to take it apart to see what the problem is and add the price of fixing the problem on top of that. He then goes on to tell me that he thinks there may be a very serious problem and that it may be cheaper to buy a new macbook altogether than to pay for the cost of checking it out and the likely expensive repair it would need. I asked if they would do the same at the apple store because I seem to recall them diagnosing the problem for free. He assured me they would charge the same amount. I took my chances and went to the mac store anyways. The ‘genius’ took the laptop to the back for 7 minutes and came back with it fixed — FORFREE! All he needed to do was unplug the internal battery for a few minutes. When it comes to this mac resource store and repairs, get a second opinion from the genius bar. You may be overcharged for a simple fix here.

I just took my MacBook Pro in for repair. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would take my Mac products here first before I would ever step into an Apple store. My computer was repaired in one day! I highly recommend this place.

Researching to buy my first Mac and was very disappointed in the knowledge base at the Mac Resource store. I had several third party software I needed to be able to run on a Mac. All of which I knew had Mac versions and I had the specs. The individuals were not able to tell me if these would run on the Mac or not and did not bother to ask any other coworkers or research of any additional help. I went to the Apple store at Bridgestreet… got all the information I needed!!! And bought the Mac at the Apple Store.

I had a 2010 macbook air, and was looking for an upgrade. I first went to the Apple Store, and then compared at Mac Resource. Mac Resource gave me an excellent trade in and transferred all my data to the new MacBook Air. They went out of their way to get me my new computer that evening. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave me the impression that the customer came first!

When the Apple store was sold out of the iPad 2 model I was looking for, I drove over here and these guys got me set. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even knocked $ 20 off the cost of a case for my new treasure. Next time I need something Apple, I’ll likely keep my business local and give these guys some more business.

The Mac Resource is Huntsville’s Premier Apple reseller and service center. Well, I guess this is because they’re the only one. I’ve been a customer since I moved to Huntsville in 2002, and ever since I walked in the door, they’ve remembered my name. The staff is knowledgable about Apple products and extremely friendly. They’re also not high pressure sales men, which is a big plus. The only downside is that their prices for peripherals(RAM, graphics cards etc.) are on the high side. Pros: Great service Knowledgable staff Clean well laid out store front Cons: Price
