We needed to take a tower that had the GPU torqued out of the main board during shipping. The tower was a critical component for a demonstration the next day and it would not boot. They diagnosed the tower issue and got it running as well as having a replacement GPU that meet our needs. Top notch service!

Extremely fast shipping, no need to pay extra for expedited, did up sell me on the radio I was considering, but forgot to ask if I wanted to upgrade the antenna, which I would have. Pricing seemed reasonable.

My company uses Gigaparts to build computers for use in civilian and government industrial grade flight simulators. We went to Gigaparts after a national seller let us down several times with their products and service. Gigaparts is right down the road from us, a much better arrangement.
We have Gigaparts build us computers on demand, to specs provided, in lots of 4 – 8 computers per order. They provide us excellent machines with excellent service. This is the place to go for computer supplies, whether you’re buying a new computer, upgrading, repairing, or even shopping for a HAM radio setup. They will take excellent care of you.

Sometime last week my desktop decided to go to sleep and not wake up. This upset me, so I called up Gigaparts and they were closed for the day. Damn.
I took my computer in the next morning and within a couple hours the tech called me to let me know of the problem. The problem? I suck at computers. My OS was corrupt. They fixed it up in an hour and my Dell is back to awesome. I didn’t expect to be called for a few days. They called within a few hours, great service!
The best thing about all of this was the price. I didn’t comparison shop with Geek Squad or anyone else, but I’m pretty sure this is a good price. One hour of labor to fix the problem was $ 49. Add the $ 35 for the initial review to figure out the problem and the grand total was $ 89. A small price to fix my computer if you ask me, and did I mention there was no data loss?
