Great service!!! Huge portion sizes! Accommodated our party of 50 with ease! The owner was amazing. Thank you so much and STAC swim team will always return when we are in Huntsville!!!

They give you a ton of food for what you pay. I get the beef stroganoff and I can only eat half and end up taking the rest home. This place has awesome service, is always clean and super fast. Best of all the food is so FRESH.

I eat from Nothing But Noodles 2 – 3 times/week, always ordering via Grubsouth. First, allow me to say, IMHO, the company is something of a marketing genius, not just because there’s something for most folks on the menu, but also because of their pricey add-on’s. And you need the add-on’s to get it just the way you want it. For example, the shrimp scampi, as is, has a good flavor but very few shrimp. Buy extra shrimp for $ 3.67, and it’s very good. My favorite menu items are spaghetti and meatballs, Santa Fe Pasta, Spicy Cajun Pasta, Southwest Chipotle, Greek salad, bread sticks, and all the desserts. The only items I did not enjoy were beef stroganoff and lobster ravioli. Their sweet tea is excellent. My «go to» menu items are the sweet tea, spaghetti and meatballs, Greek salad(full of goodies and extra tasty dressing) and the Triple Chocolate Cake. A detailed nutrition guide is available, but is out of date. THEBADNEWS: Most of the dishes are meant to serve two. Keep that in mind when you look at the calorie, etc., content. Their takeaway packages are designed to be sturdy, close well, and travel well. The employees are usually careful to secure them.

Decent food but TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered food with sauce on the side and was given extra oil on my dish. Was a to-go order. Called and was offering a replacement if I drove all the way back at my own expense by an 14 year old sounding girl. I would NOT recommend.

I’m indifferent about this place. Where I used to live, we had Noodles and Company, which is awesome. I thought Nothing but Noodles would be about the same. For some reason I wasn’t wooed. I tried their mac and cheese because I frequently got Noodles and Co.‘s mac and cheese. I wasn’t very thrilled with the taste. My bf got an entrée that was comparable to his favorite dish at Noodles and Co. and they wouldn’t allow him to do the substitutions he gets elsewhere. We’ve only been there once and don’t see ourselves going back.

Food came extremely quickly for a lunch period. The food was okay and super hot(temperature, not spicy). They have a lot of tea selection, I got confused @_@ lol. Their cucumber salad was bleh, old and drench in some sort of sauce that wasn’t very good. Everything else was edible. A decent lunch once in a while.

Tried the Thai lettuce wraps app this past w/e. Do NOT, repeat, do not bring your own salt shaker(I know– weird, but I usually have one in my purse), This dish is super salty. Friend liked the sauce served with it. It was a decent«take» on Pf Changs wraps and especially for the cost/quick service. Always friendly staff. Maybe I’m being hard on them with only 3 stars, but whoa! Talk about gulping water, that dish was salty.

Daughter wouldn’t shut her 2-year old pie hole about wanting :“pissgetty”(it’s only cute the first 30 times each hour); so, like all good parents, we gave in and went here before doing our perishables shopping at the Fresh Market in the same strip center. Going-in, we totally expected to come out after our meal with new observational humor routines about carb-loading and Alabamians. NbN(it’s how the cool kids refer to Nothing But Noodles) — I owe you an apology! Food was really, really good(and like everything in Huntsville, cheap as all get-out)! I had a Greek salad with tofu(firm and nicely seared). Wife had some kind of(skirt?) steak salad(very tasty) and of course our daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. We all enjoyed our entrees. We shared the lettuce wraps for an appetizer and they were solid as well. Only two sniveling complaints/opportunities for improvement: 1. Peanut sauce for lettuce wraps was crazy watery. Maybe the jar was running low and they cut it with water to make it through the night? I did the same thing with my parents’ liquor when I was in high school, so I won’t judge too harshly 2. There was at least a cup of rotini pasta in my salad(luckly, no pasta in my wife’s salad). Insert Alabama carbs/salad joke here. At least they were plain rotini(and not ranch flavored)… Will repeat!

Awesome selections — chose your pasta & sauce combo. Breadsticks are a nice compliment. LOVE their peanut butter pie of course!!!

I am super busy this year and this location is really close to me, so I eat here about once a week. It is a little pricey, but if you know what to order, you will not be disappointed. I’ve tried a few dishes on the menu, but lately I’ve just been getting two– the pasta pomadoro with chicken and the basil pesto with shrimp. They are honestly to DIE for. Now that I mention it, I’m craving it a little bit. The Mac and Cheese is extremely disappointing and the asian dishes haven’t really wowed me, granted I’m a little spoiled when it comes to asian. But my two favorites are honestly what keep me coming back for more. The place is cute, well maintained, with a whole lot of seating. They have a GIANT menu, and even though I’ve been about a dozen times I still stare at it in awe every time I’m in. Ever since Drake’s opened up, parking is a bit of a hassle. The last few times I’ve had to park at the McDonalds and walk up — but hey a little exercise never killed anyone. Bottom Line: Fun place, a little pricey, but if you know what to order it is well worth it.

While it is basically fast food pasta, I have always had a pleasant time here. My kids love the choices they have and I have had few meltdowns here :)

Admittedly, I’ve only tried one dish here, but the lobster ravioli, which didn’t taste entirely lobsterish to me, was swimming in oil/grease. I kept flashing back to Gordon Ramsay or Chef Robert Irvine taking a dish, pouring out all the grease into a separate bowl and showing it to the restaurant management. Perhaps I should have done that, but being in a hurry, I just ate it as best I could and decided that I wouldn’t make a return trip. Maybe some dishes are better, and the staff is nice enough and the restaurant seems to be clean, but Unilocal ratings in Huntsville seem to be terribly inflated(delusional?) and this is just another example.

I always forget about this place and then when I go back again I remember why I forgot it. The dishes aren’t bad. Some are mediocre and some are good. Nothing great, except maybe the lettuce wraps. But the biggest problem is that you pay a lot and get a little. I’m ok with small portions, but don’t make me pay so much. If you want meat in your noodle dish you’re probably going to spend over $ 10.

All food items that I have tried are very good and consistent. I am not a fan of the prices of the potstickers/dumplings. I love those… but come on… they shouldn’t cost that much.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile, finally went a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was marginal at best. The cheese filled bread we had as an appetizer was great, but the main dish was ok at best. I had some bow tie pasta with some tomatoes and other sauces on it. Believe it was called Margherita? The breadsticks that came with it were ok too, but nothing special. They did have Boston Lager there so I was happy about that. I would go back, but in no rush whatsoever.

I’ve seen these places around, but this is the first time going. I ordered the Spicy Cajun Pasta, and was surprised that there was actually something with a bit of a kick still being served at a chain restaurant. Usually it might say spicy next to it, but after trying it you are disappointed to find out it isn’t spicy at all. It wasn’t overbearing, but more than I expected. I will visit again.
