Popeyes’

They are always out of spicy, no matter what time of day, so you have to wait… for a while… for them to cook some. And the service could be better.

Slow service, we waited 30 minutes and no food. The restaurant was dirty. The soda machine wasn’t working. And the AC was off. And by the look of all these old reviews this place has sucked for a long time. Id only come back if this was the last Popeye’s on Earth. And I love Popeye’s :(

I love Popeyes. I eat Popeyes all the time. THIS Popeyes sucks ass! And it’s all because of the people working here. They need to fire all of these fuckers and start over fresh! Even the management was a piece of shit. Excuse my language. But no one should ever have to wait 45+ minutes for some damn spicy strips! we ordered in drive thru, they told us they ran out of strips and to pull to the side they’d bring our order out, we sat in my car for 20 minutes!!! This is supposed to be fast food right? I’m not at red lobster so why the hell am I waiting so long for my meal! So we go inside and ask what the deal is… the line was not long (only one sweet old man in front of me who apparently had been waiting long as well) they had 4 people working so I’m trying to figure out what the hell is going on, I said either give me strips or give me my money back. The cashier had a shitty ass attitude and I waited another 10 minutes until they finally gave me strips. But wait… I ordered spicy remember? So why did I open the bag and only had 1 spicy strip the rest were mild. I returned the food and the cashier was PISSED that I returned it. Like what the hell? I asked for spicy! Why are you mad? she tried to make me take that one spicy strip already made and said she’d make only two more spicy strips to complete my 3 strip meal. I’m like wtf waiting on those strips this one strip will be cold! So finally the manager said just make it all over again and the cashier stormed off rolling her eyes. No respect, no customer service skills. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make my meal over again overall we were here for 45 minutes. No long line, no nothing, just horrible workers. After everything was finished the cashier handed me my bag and said «here is your SPICY strip meal.» Yelling and shit. I just walked out

Lemme just preface this by saying that I LOVE Popeyes. And even more so, I LOVE good deals.
Came here on a rainy, stormy Tuesday evening with a huge craving for some 99 cent fried chicken (yes, two pieces for 99 cents). There is just something magical about the powers of deep fried foods. You can pretty much turn anything that is utterly bland or magnificently average into crunchy, juicy, oozing-​with-​hot-​oil goodness.
BUT, apparently not at this Popeyes. I swear, that chicken just tasted off. And no thick coat of crunchy batter could cover up everything wrong with that chicken.
Sorry Popeyes, but you did me wrong. Oh, so wrong.
